Terrible driver with no consideration to the general public on the roadways. Had a driver with a swaying trailer in front of us on the route 30 bypass heading East this morning who not only was hanging out in the passing lane causing the entire roadway to backup but was clearly not controlling a proper speed and weight distribution for what he was hauling. That causing not only his trailer to sway into the driving lane but now backed up the passing lane and causing other drivers to be all over the road. Inconsiderate or not experienced enough. Teach your drivers better road etiquette please for the safety of everyone.
