Even though construction materials prices are constantly changing Lansing (formally Harvey) tries their hardest to keep me updated. As a contractor their online portal for materials and windows/patio doors is very helpful to me as I'm often quoting or ordering off business hours. I almost exclusively use their windows when the customer wants vinyl and I have to say the quality is top-notch.

Absolutely the best customer service ever! We needed a replacement piece for our ten year old siding (originally purchased from Harvey Building Products), and they came through, even during these stressful COVID times.

Every single person in customer service should get diet or a workout plan,be a little more prompt an professional and last but not least of the things they could work on is remembering that you cannot force a person with respiratory problems to wear a mask. Also the office is on the backside of the building if you ever want to go.

Take advantage and abuse the Amish community. They are bullies and liars who cannot be trusted. Refuse to refund over $4000 they stole and try to pressure and harass for an additional $4000. Extortion is illegal and the PA state police will be contacted regarding their abusive extortionate practices.

Recently we were doing a job for another contractor as a subcontractorWe're needed a few items and were asked to stop in at Lansing to pick up the items, we got there 15 minutes before they opened, the front door was unlocked, there were at least 3 employees sitting at their desks when we got there, they told us we had to wait until 7 am becuase they are technically not openI went in at 7 and told them what I needed, they said oh, that order was delivered to the jobsite yesterday, they sat there looking at their computers and made us wait 15 minutes just to tell us thatNOT IMPRESSED
