We were in town after attending Corvettes of Carisle & discovered a nail in a tire. Took our 2024' Vette to H&F tire service, they were very nice & professional & came up with a plan & helped us feel confident for the trip back home! We appreciate them getting us right in & helping us out!

I will begin this review with stating that I have no issues with the service I received, my issue is I had purchased 4 new tires and had them installed the tires were definitely defective they went bald quickly and the trailer they were installed on was only 2 years old and very high quality I returned to H&F with my concerns he told me he would have to send 1 of the Tires back to the manufacturer I gave the tire to him and purchased another tire he told it would take a couple of months for the results I returned 2 and a half months later and called him to find out results he then gave me a fairytale about his daughter handles that department and he would call me back he didn't so I called him and reminded him he said rudely give me a minute he didn't call me back so I stopped by the tire shop and he told me they denied my claim because the tire had been driven on while flat ,that is when I discovered he was lying because the tire was not fat it was worn he didn't even remember that there were 4 tires I asked him why he couldn't stand behind the product he sold and he said he wouldn't ,so if you purchased tires from him the only guarantee you will receive is that you own them ! Very poor business !

These guys are the real deal. Good prices and quality work. Been there several time for new tires and most recently they helped me out in a pinch to fix a punctured tire. Great service.

Getting tires here for 40 years
Good prices, honest work
Terrible after hours car drop off
No way to pick up cars after hours, as cars can't be locked, and business closes early every day
Really needs to make improvements
Facility is old and run down
Poor waiting area
No shuttle service to from work

Had a flat on a Monday morning. I was able to get in and serviced around 830. I was in and out with a new tire in an hour. Thank you for getting me road ready and safe on a icy cold Monday morning.

Not trustworthy.
Shop left my car unlocked from Saturday to Monday. The ignition was left in the ON/ACC position; therefore the battery drained and essentially was killed, useless. They replaced the battery but I had to pay for it even though it was the shop’s fault.
Since the shop left my car unlocked, a thief or thieves got into my car over the weekend and stole stuff from my it. After I shared this with the shop, I got no follow-up contact. In essence, they just “shrugged their shoulders.” In my opinion, they are showing that they don’t care.
Finally, the shop failed to call me on Saturday for me to come pick it up. If they had, all would have been avoided. If the car’s done, call the customer. Duh.
Not trustworthy.

I called and within 5 minutes I was able to get in to have a screw in my tire removed. Very professional and responsive team! I highly recommend.

I just got tire prices for the man I drive for. I told him that he was being ripped off by H&F. I called 4 places, and H&F had the highest price. By going to the Firestone store, he will save more than $300. So, the heck with H&F!
