One of the largest nicest goodwills I've ever been in.

I stopped at this goodwill Friday afternoon and found some good finds. I wasn't sure if the store was having any deals, so I got assistance from a gentleman named Brent and he was such a big help. Just a kind person with a kindred spirit. The next time I am passing through I am making it my business to stop at this goodwill again ?

1000's of items stocked in this store. They're busting at the seams with oodles of new and used merchandise. I'm glad it's located near my home.

Super helpful employees and bargain prices are found here at this Goodwill. I continue to feel disappointed in the Goodwill stores in my area as the prices charged for items are unreasonable and restroom facilities are not always clean. This Goodwill store is located on Route 30, Lincoln Highway, in Lancaster, PA and I am so glad I decided to visit because I am now a fan and will happily take this 90-minute trip just to visit this store. I’ve taken quite a few pictures of items to show the bargain deals in addition to showing the huge selection of items they offer. The employees are absolutely fabulous, the store is immaculate, and the ladies room although dated is clean and in perfect working order. This Goodwill store deserves an A+.

Huge inventory, but they doubled all their prices. Half of the home goods are the same price as buying new.

Huge selection but please double check who's putting price tags on things? There are some brand new items with the original tags still on the product and goodwill has their price tag even higher. Makes no sense. Keep costs down. I'm seeing things priced wayyyy higher than ever. It's GoodWill get it? USED for the most part, clothing and housewares. Plz realize people are hoping for a bargain shopping there. I couldn't believe some of the prices on women's clothing. All dresses were $9.99.... seriously? I'll return to your location after I see prices drop alot.

This Goodwill has been going down hill for months now. :( The unorganized mess is one thing to try and get around, you will never get through all the racks, incredibly unorganized and new product carts everywhere. As frustrating as that is you put up with it for the deals. ( which are we even getting deals anymore is another subject altogether!!)
But then when you go to checkout and are met with an incredibly rude and demanding employee. Horrible experience. The employees name was Brent. He acted strung out. Demanded I put things up as he was still checking out one stack. ( I was actually waiting because I was worried he would break them with how rough he was being.) He tossed all clothes on a pile and roughly grabbed and bunched all the tags in his tag to scan them. When he wasn’t sure if he had them all he ripped ten off one by one. Multiple times he responded rudely as if the customer doesn’t know how to place items on a checkout.
I will avoid this employee at the checkout. He should not be the face of the company and interacting with customers with such poor social skills.
Do better Goodwill. You have customers who’ve shopped here for decades and we know how good it can be.

Drove all the way up here bc I thought that there was a goodwill outlet center which is where the big bins are & u could get some really good deals. Yea, that outlet doesn't exist anymore, just a store. ItS so big that u can't fathom looking at everything, shirts are so tight on the racks that u can't go through them. Employees either don't speak english or are rude. what else? Oh yes- overpriced! If I'm gonna pay $6 for a T-shirt, I'm gonna go to Walmart & get one & it's brand new. Goodwill stinks anymore.

Some areas are decently organized while others are quite messy. Some employees don't speak a word of English and can't help with your questions. Pricing is bizarre, with Talbots clothes being priced up for no reason. There is no rhyme or reason for pricing and shoes are set out without any thought behind it. But wait till you get to the housewares and electronics section; that section is the definition of an unholy mess.

Was treated so disrespectfully even after standing in line for 5 min waiting on someone to even come to check customers out. The cashier was extremely rude 3 times in the 2 minutes it took him to check us out. I will never go to that store again. It’s not worth saving any kind of money to be treated the way my kids and I were treated.

My Mom and I love to visit Goodwills. We are vacationing in Pennsylvania and stopped at this one on a Wednesday afternoon. There is plenty of parking. When you walk in the entry has shopping carts. Inside to the left, front there are public restrooms and water fountains. There are also drink and snacks machines if you are feeling peckish. This is one of the largest Goodwills I have visited. I appreciated that all the clothing is organized by size. Their tags all have a color and each week there is a color that is 50% off Wednesday - Saturday and $2 on Tuesday. There are numerous rows of household items. Lots of books and movies too. Checking out you must register your name and number in order to receive the discounts. The prices are on the higher end for the Goodwills I have visited. I will definitely be back when I am again visiting this area.

Very disappointed they no longer do bins!!
Visited there Nov 14th, and I was very unhappy to see them gone!
Huge mistake, in my opinion. I won't be shopping in your store anymore!
