We were going to buy Clue, but a guy working there came around the corner talking about Clue without taking a breath for about 5 minutes. We were clearly not interested in talking. I had the game in my hands, but I had to put it back so we could slowly walk away. Dude was out of sight and still talking about Clue. It was so strange.

The 50percent off sale is a scam to get you in the store. Only a few items included but store is signed on every section as 50percent off. How about separating what is TRULY on sale and just sign those items.

10 minutes before closing time everyone shuts down. All people care about is getting out on time. In the public bathroom down the Kohls wing, all 4 urinals are out of order. Management should be embarrassed of themselves.

My wife and I stopped at this location today and saw a toy for our daughters. We wanted to get two of the same toy but they only had one. One of the associates overheard us talking and offered to call nearby stores to see if they had it. Not only did they have it they said they could have it brought to this location within a couple hours! This kind of customer service is almost nonexistent anymore, very grateful for their help! I would recommend it to anyone!!

I walked as I’m looking around the employee is either On his phone not paying attention to his job, or as I thought he looked like he was sleeping, others stores tho mall are making them seem busy, if can’t greet me or ask I need something, but your head was at angle, walk around the store make adjustments, greet customers in! 0.5-5 I won’t come back!

Jaz or Jess whoever answered the phone today was definitely NOT customer oriented. I was trying to see what forms of Monopoly they had in stock and the lady said that I'd have to come in and look and that she would not help me basically.
