I purchased a 13,000 dollar sofa,cup holders are cheap plastic. Took 3 months with numerous phone calls to get a copy of my warranty. Saleswoman made her commission, no personal phone skills,the manager not any better. Had 2 different people come to my house to see what can be done with the cup holders,still haven't heard from them and that was over 1 month ago. You lost my business. I will return to Peaceful Valley.

We purchased our furniture for the living room and when it was delivered we met two wonderful men. We aren't able to do heavy lifting but these two guys were exceptional! They carried out the old and then placed the new for us. Sorry I didn't get their names. Very pleased with the salesman as well as the delivery men.

Edwin and Kenny did a great job today delivering our new dining table and chairs. They were very professional and nice and answered our questions. Great team! Also, Pia did a great job helping us design out dining set and helping us with making sure it is exactly what we wanted.

Four years ago we purchased a living room set and additional 5 year warranty from Gish's Furniture. Towards the end of year three, we noticed a significant sagging of the cushions. A service tech came to evaluate & stated that he could not repair the Furniture. He put in his report & told us the warranty company would be in touch. No one ever contacted us. After reaching out to the store, the warranty company & the manufacturer with all promising to look into & help, no one has helped us. Our warranty runs out in June & today Gish's Rich Warner told us they are standing by their decision to do nothing. I will never purchase from them again.

Josh & Edwin did an excellent job of delivering and assembling a dining room table. Not so easy as this has some solid weight. Care and patience was forthcoming

Delivery guys were AWESOME. Brandon and Josh were knowledgeable and explained in details of the table & bench insert numbers and wood discoloration with sunlight. They were both kind and did a GREAT job setting up dining room table, bench and chairs.

Years ago, we purchased a beautiful hand-crafted bed from Gish’s Furniture in Lancaster, PA. Knowing this, we felt confident that Gish’s is what we wanted in our new home. But where to start? We felt a bit overwhelmed with visioning the overall interior design concept for our home. Pia Cyrulnik, the Gish’ interior designer to the rescue! She listened and understood our wants, needs and likes. She had the vision to put it all together for us. And, we are so grateful. She offered a number of furniture and fabric choices that could work for us in a design presentation. Then, thoughtfully walked us through them all. We trusted her design instincts and our home will be beautiful as a result. Pia is communicative and was always responsive to our questions. She was a delight to work with and made the experience enjoyable. Thank you Gish’s and thank you Pia.

I was delighted with the quality, selection, and assistance from design professional Cristin Swisher when I visited Gish's Furniture in Lancaster today! It's not your granny's Amish Furniture. Styles were updated, diverse and refined. I was disappointed to read other Posts about delivery issues. I'll let you know how I make out when they deliver to my new place in May. So far, I'm a happy customer.

Gish’s Furniture store was recommended for their high quality, beautiful hand crafted furniture. It definitely lived up to the recommendations, especially Pia Cyrulnik - the interior designer who helped us select and coordinate all elements for a new home, including design of specialty pieces. Pia is a real treasure! She brought together everything Gish’s had to offer while making the experience enjoyable and satisfying! She is a joy to work with. We will certainly recommend Gish’s and Pia!

We stopped in to Gish's on our way to the Amish Village just out of curiosity. The showroom was stunning and the furniture was heirloom quality, but the reason I'm writing this review is to complement the salesperson Pia. She was so informative and knowledgeable and interesting. She took her time to tell us where to eat and what we needed to see in Lancaster. It was an overall delightful experience and very much appreciated.

I recently placed an order to furnish our new home in Lancaster. I worked with Pia Cyrulnik, their in-house designer. I appreciated how prepared she was at our design meeting with all the fabric options, hardware and finishes that she'd selected and laid out for me to consider. She put together a comprehensive and well-planned design for the entire home - a skill that she excels at and and I do not possess! While I was so thrilled with the incredible quality of the furniture, it was my experience with Pia that prompted my large order. I was grateful for her help - delivered promptly, thoughtfully and professionally - and look forward to receiving our beautiful new furniture.

The salesman and delivery people were wonderful and very polite. Ken and his partner who delivered the furniture went above and beyond for us. We bought a dining room and kitchen set. It is gorgeous and have received many compliments on it. Recommend them highly!

From ordering to delivery, my husband and I found the Gish Furniture experience was top notch from start to end. Heather at the Cockeysville store responded quickly to my initial inquiries. Christa was attuned to our needs and helped us with the perfect selections of furniture, stain colors and fabric for the dining chairs. The Amish craftsman who make beautiful well made furniture are amazing, and finally Brandon and Kenny who delivered the furniture today and who were professional, courteous, hardworking, knowledgeable, upbeat and made sure each piece of furniture was placed exactly where we wanted it and had explained care and maintenance, We appreciate the attention to detail that we received from a great staff at a quality store. I highly recommend this store! We love the furniture and how well it fits our new home!! Thank you so very much!

I was not in the market for new furniture but the minute my husband and stepped into the store in East Earle we were greeted by Pete Blumenthal. Pete made the experience easy with no pressure and was very knowledgeable. We were impressed with the quality of the furniture and now will never purchase furniture from any other place. I highly recommend going to the East Earle store and ask for Pete.

My husband and I had been dreaming about a new dining table and chair set for years. We looked up several Amish-made furniture stores in the area, but stopped here first. There is amazing selection, and the team members let us walk around and ask questions as long as we needed to. We fell in love with a brand new model and after going to three other locations that day, were drawn back. Our salesman took great care of us. The delivery took about a 45 days, and the men brought it with great customer service. This is a quality set that we will love for decades!
