“True meaning of customer service right here. I was asked to order several Lancaster Gift boxes for an event my supervisor was attending at the late part of the week. I first placed an order for 6 six boxes and was concerned with the delivery times. I was surprised to get a quick response by phone and by email in regards to question I had on the deliver times. Diana was not only very professional but personable I could tell she sensed my stress and concerns, to my surprise the packages came to the office literally the next day. The next day I was asked to place another order for two boxes again concerned if they would arrive in time for Fridays event .Gabriel from The Lancaster Gift Box literally hand delivered the last two boxes so that they would be here in a timely manner for the event. I shop often in my personal and professional life and I just don't get service like this anymore honestly not even close. I just want to say thank you for your hard work and dedication and making my experience go so smoothly. Well Hannah not only helped me pick out the best one but also shower me a fannypack that would go great with it. We ended purchasing both. She also looked to see if we had lunch money (which we did not) but she also told me about an exclusive funko pop you will be getting in. She was friendly, helpful, kind and makes us want to come back again to this store.”
“Very cute store. More like a boutique. They have dip mixes,jams, lip balm. All kinds of utensils and wash clothes. Beautiful antiques and some reproductions. They have lighting fixtures and night lights. Clothing and jewelry and much more. Just the inside of the mill is beautiful.”
