I used this pharmacy for more than decade. Barb the pharmacist and Caitlin the pharmacy tech have always been so friendly, kind and compassionate. I recently moved and will miss them!

Giant meat department can you please trim the chicken thighs a little better. Look at the excess fat and skin I removed from chicken thighs. Besides the amount of time it took to trim that's probably about a pound and a half of fat and excess skin.

Hoo-boy, am I pissed. I ordered a Flash Food order for a full rack of ribs on clearance for $8 and change. I didn't realize until I was home that what they gave me was a quarter leg of chicken which is sold for less than this price without the clearance discount. At first I couldn't tell with the barbecue sauce and thought they gave me a half rack instead of a full rack, but they didn't even get the animal right. It was labelled as ribs, I have no idea how they can mistaken the two. Needless to say, the deal I was pumped for ended up being a regretful purchase, and I drove 15 mins from work for mediocre overpriced chicken and now I'm stuck having to dispute with my credit card since Flash Food was the one who handled the sale. Until their meat department gets trained on identifying meats and proper labelling, I cannot come back here.

Pharmacists are pleasant, one female tech is extremely rude and unhelpful every instance that I visit the pharmacy, no matter if I am picking up a script or asking for a refill. I hate picking up my medication because of this experience.

Gains has a great selections of groceries. There are different sizes and amounts. If there are questions the answers are in a timely manner. Treated with respect.

Just came back a quick jaunt to Giant on Lititz Pike. I entered my phone number in system and no discounts came off my card. I'm pretty sure the rotisserie chicken (which btw was awful - overcooked and dry) should have been discounted $1.00. What up with that??!! Will defintely have second thoughts about buying chicken there again and next time won't leave the store until my discounts have been transacted. You can do better than that...

I am trying to discreetly make a complaint/observation, but you do no make it easy to leave a comment/review that way. I was in the Lititz Pike Giant Monday April 18, 2022. I ordered cheese at the deli. I could clearly see that the one young lady working was clearly overwhelmed. There were stacks of cut cheese on top of other on containers by the slicers. they were not being stored in coolers. I don't know if these were orders, or mistakes. It was very unsanitary. I coukd tell they had been sitting for a while by the droppings. I have a picture that I tried to take, but there is no where to upload.

For some reason this place was the best market out there, been coming here for some while now, but things have change threw time NOT THE SAME COSTUMER SERVICE positive people employee in side, I just went in today for there on house home made bread I guess they prefer to have it at the bakery in the plastic on the carts than in stock for costumers like me but. I wonder how is it that Buisness have change so much, now a days big Buisness prefer to hire people with bachelors or masters degree and the only thing they know is number but CERO in the actual Buisness people service. And not only it's happening in regular supermarkets but in warehouse as well. Jeopardizing the name brand and the food quality for a few extra numbers that will look good in paper. I got tire of coming here wasting my time for products that are not in shelf or you have to ask employees to bring it to the shelf also the bread. It's like they have a I don't care attitude they will just look at you like WHATEVER! Sad but true This Giant supermarket is loosing confidence costumers and money. I just don't understand there way to conduct Buisness.

Very disappointed. This evening shelves all disarray. Lots of empty spaces of the products I was looking for. And the only check out option was self check out. I had a full cart of groceries and as any one who has used self check out know. You can't take your packed bags and put them in the cart so I played the game of Genga with my groceries so that I could scan the entire order. The attendant was not paying attention and I had to holler to him 3 isles away on 2 separate occasions. System continued to tell me to remove un scanned item an freeze. I understand and have used self check out before but having that as my only option was completely inconvenient.

This Giant charged me 4 times at check out. Then when reviewing the receipt, my bank account, and acknowledging the error said...."MAN...WE ARE SORRY. I CANT REFUND THE THREE ADDITIONAL CHARGES THOUGH."

The pharmacist and staff are very professional and customer friendly. Switched all my prescriptions to them from Walmart pharmacy. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
