Was extremely disappointed with my giant direct order...order was late, bread/buns were stale...didn't substitute laundry pods if out, just wiped them off order!! Plus the driver expected hubby who was outside to help carry groceries from truck to the door. Second time ordering from them...will rethink next time!!!

I’m finished. I had quit Giant Direct a few months ago when I found myself waiting 15-30 minutes for my order and then had substitutions that made no sense (like subbing fish sticks for chicken tenders). Today, they were an hour behind, so I had to push back my plans. I arrived when they said to and called in. Was told it would be a few minutes. 10 later—with no one attending to the other two cars, I went in. Only then did I read the ridiculous substitutions. I told them I would like them taken off. The two women there just laughed and said they needed to get their person back who knew that and didn’t know where she was. I cancelled the entire order and shopped for myself.
Goodbye Giant. I can get gas points at Weis. **Update**Just received a call from Giant Direct following up on my order for today...that I never picked it up.

We’re going to stop using giant direct. Every week we receive the worst produce, missing items, etc. We have gone back two weeks in a row to exchange things. When we complained we were told to just go get the correct items on our own. Super rude. Please work with your staff to prioritize picking edible produce. A 5lbs bag of apples - all were rotten.

The delivery drivers are wonderful. My major complaint is the produce quality that comes from this location. Every single week at least one of the produce items I order is of poor quality. This is on the day of delivery! Squishy rotting onions, brown cabbage and today's latest frustration this cauliflower.

Wasn't really prepared for the sticker shock in fact my order looked good but that was the estimated invoice the actual invoice was almost $50 higher so not a good deal and no I won't fall for that trick again.

Never buy groceries from Giant Direct. Driver showed up an hour late and then just left without delivering my groceries as he claimed I wasn’t home. Peapod would not redeliver or lift the hold from my bank account leaving my entire family without food or money to buy food from someone else for the weekend until the hold lifts. It’s disgusting how they treated me today. I will never ever spend a dime with you guys again. This is stealing

It’s hard to believe that I had to wait almost an hour just to pick up my groceries from giant direct. It would’ve been faster for me just to step inside the store and shop on my own rather than to let someone else shop for me. The program is awesome for the most part but they just don’t have the staff to support the Customer Service behind it. Be aware of the waiting time sometimes to pick up your groceries.

100% will not be ordering from Giant Direct again. Placed a delivery order to arrive between 6:30-10pm and 10pm rolls around and I’ve received no updates regarding my order. The only email I got was that my order had been shopped, so of course I assumed it’d be delivered on time. I come to find out (the next day when I called Customer Care) that my order had been cancelled by Giant Direct without giving me any notification whatsoever. To make it right, they offered me a $20 coupon and I’m STILL waiting for my refund. So much for making a nice Valentine’s dinner.

Do not buy produce from Giant Direct.They stock the Giant Direct warehouse with old produce that they could not sell in their stores.And the workers fulfilling your order are on a timer and must rush to complete the order. They have no time (or incentive) to be certain that only quality produce is selected for your delivery.

I used giant direct a couple times. The promotions don't work correctly and if an item from a promotion is missing, they charge full price for the remaining items. its false advertising. I've called and complained. They promised to fix it, but I never got a complete refund. I just used it one more time, to give them another chance. They charged me full price for the sale items, because the store ran out of one item. I used a gift card, but now I see a $1 charge on my credit card. I will never use this website again. It's really dishonest. They use false advertising and charge me more than I agreed to pay

I was very pleased with my first delivery. I was skeptical using this service. But due to a medical condition, I can't stand too long or walk a lot. Plus packing the bags, loading the car, unloading the car and unpacking the groceries is painful and exhausting. So I placed a small order just to check it out. I enjoyed sitting in bed shopping and placing my order. My delivery came at 8:00am as I requested. All the items were there. The vegetables were fresh and the ground meat was perfect. Tony, the driver, called to let me know my delivery was here. He was so pleasant. I will be using this service again. Thank you so much.
