Called into the store on Saturday to purchase two metal bed frames. The team was incredibly friendly and helpful (on the phone and in person). I went into the store 30 minutes later. After some quick paperwork and payment, they helped me load the frames and off I went. My experience was much more enjoyable than any other mattress store in the past. When we need a mattress we will definitely visit them again.

? Let me start by saying Drew, the sales manager, was really great to work with! It was one of the best big purchase experiences I've had. I would recommend others to come here who are looking for a stress & pressure free experience. Plus, they donate foods & beds to local charities!? I needed a new mattress because my current is old & in need of replacing. I also have a lot of health issues, including chronic pain & chemical sensitivity, which is how I found this store via Google. My mom came to help & we were pleasantly greeted upon entering. Drew asked if we were just looking or needing to replace, what the needs were, and if we had any ideas &/or budget in mind. After discussing some of my issues, he showed us the harvest all organic mattresses & discussed a higher price point natural mattress, but noted its not completely chemical free. We also got to test them out along with pillows that we came back later to try as we had forgotten to ask originally.? We did not feel pressured to go with the more expensive option. Drew left us to discuss if we wanted to purchase or look at other stores and hash out things about the purchase. We ended up deciding to purchase the organic mattress & several organic pillows. The body pillow we were able to leave with as it hadn't been selling, but I like a good body pillow for extra back support because it runs the length of the bed.❓️He answered all our questions, was honest & upfront, & even recommended some things to keep in mind & think about. He even gave us information on things we hadn't asked but were good to know. For instance the fact that it's better to go with a little bigger size pillow protector as they tend to eventually shrink.? Everything has been stress free so far in our transaction/purchase & experience with the store & Drew handling the order. Also, if you get a chance, take a look at their SLEEP BETTER book. It has a lot of info & things to think about when going into the purchase of a new bed. I wish I had it before I went googling, it would've saved me some time.

We recently purchased a new mattress in November. Staff was knowledgeable and not pushy giving us an experience in store that was relaxing/comfortable. Very happy with the experience at Gardner’s and their home delivery and set up. Thank you!

I am a relatively old, retired male. Shopping, for anything, is not a very pleasureable experience for me. I consider the purchase of a high quality bed to be a significant undertaking. The sale associate that I dealt with made my buying experience a pleasure. He was very lowkey, knowledgeable, cooperative. He listened to all my sleeping concerns intently, and was able to address all my concerns thoroughly. Thank you for your customer service.

Chad was great to work with, he guided us in the right direction and answered all of our questions. He never pushed a sale on us, and I can tell Gardner's values customer service as they are a family owned business. If you're looking for a new matress, don't waste your time by shopping around, Gardner's is the place to go in Lancaster county.
