I called to reschedule an appointment and the day of the appointment i called to verify now nothing is on the appointment book i called @10:30 it is now 2pm i was told ill get a call back once the other secretary talks to the other…. after 4 hours nothing…. No call i called them twice and never got a response my family goes here and i will not being coming back its unprofessional

Hes very unprofessional and He makes to many mistakes while doing my taxes, After explained everything he did the wrong thing plus he didn't even called me back to explain he charge the money and didn't call when they where ready! I had to keep on calling him and remind him how to do my taxes and he still made a mistake till this day i haven't rev my taxes and when I called him to ask he's a rude ma! and he always is trying to hang uo the phone call to cut me up he's old already and seems that he do remember things he also don't know how to communicate with people he's so unprofessional and disrespectful I Don't recommend Galarza Income tax at all. that's a waste of time and money go to somewhere else that can treat you bette!!!
