HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!They hung up on me then would not answer the phone anymore .I HATE THIS BANK.They charge your account when it’s 0.00 and then expect you to pay them 200 dollars in fees on their fault .I hate this bank , don’t use this bank it’s nothing but problems . 0 stars .

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. They arbitrarily make up rules that they can't explain just to avoid having to do anything. This is a small-town bank with the feel of Big-Government bureaucracy and un-inspired people who do not want to accomplish anything.Their slogan should be, "Fulton Bank, please go away."
