This review is 'aimed' at Fulton Bank overall. Not just the Greenfield Road branch. I went to the drive thru yesterday shortly after 12 noon during a very busy time for them. I sat waiting for 4 minutes then hit their call button just to make sure they knew I was there (very annoying, I'm sure, for the tellers to hear) before a woman let me know they were aware I was there and would be with me soon but they were very busy. I sat another 3 minutes before a different teller accepted my cash deposit and told me she'd be right back with my receipt. I sat another 3 minutes before I got my receipt. 10 minutes is WAY too long to be sitting at a drive thru lane when you have a simple cash deposit. I realize it was lunchtime and they were slammed. My complaint is this: Fulton Bank, over the years, seems to always be understaffed. I deal with 3 different banks. Fulton has the longest wait periods due to the fact they don't have enough tellers. Are you a horrible employer? Do you underpay your staff? Can you simply not find reliable people?? I don't understand. I've been a longtime customer of Fulton Bank but I've been more and more disappointed with the basic customer service I receive. Again, the tellers were very nice! They were, however, clearly frustrated. Hire more people.

Knowing of the problem of the ATM, not taking cash and not fixing it then you walk inside and nobody helps you yet. There’s three people open, but they are all too busy to welcome you let alone help you. Smh do better! I’ll stick to the Lititz location way better

They were able to rectify issues I had with another branch and reassure my concerns. They completed my transaction quickly and had great customer service.

Its straight to the point in and out most of the time... even when I had questions about starting up my plans to build up credit.. or even when I had my card used by someone els and needed immediate action done... I'm proud to be apart of fulton bank.Thank you all for being so great to me and my family.

Terrible and I mean terrible... Every time I stop at a Fulton branch, this one in particular, I wait at least 15 to 20 minutes. I've had an account there for sometime now and every single time I go it takes them 10 minutes just to find my account. I've had multiple questions and every single time I ask I get three or four different answers. It seems like nobody really knows what's going on or how to accomplish something. Today I tried to cash a Fulton bank check at this Fulton Bank branch and they were going to charge me five dollars to cash it even though I have an account at Fulton Bank. Customer service is completely and entirely terrible and I would never recommend Fulton to anyone.

Due to the mask policy they are asking for name and number in front of everyone, but four people came in behind me and no one asked them for this information. If this is your security policy due to wearing masks, perhaps have someone designated to do this to ALL customers and ask so not everyone can hear. Don't single someone out and make them feel like a suspect. Also, perhaps tell the person WHY you're asking for this info instead of just asking "Name? Phone number?" Unprofessional. Terrible.

Ridiculous that they have to use a machine to count money instead of manually counting it machine ate half the money i want to deposit and they are taking forever to fix it

Getting your name off of a joint account is a pain. After we talked to six different branches, I went into this bank explaining my situation and the manager of the bank asked me to sign a form to remove the primary from the account, which is not correct. Then he told me I'm not able to remove my own name and that the primary is the only person who can remove me from the account, which was still incorrect, but decided to do as the bank asked. When the primary went in to remove my name, they said they needed me to sign the form first before he could sign. Their staff was difficult to work with and their two managers seemed very uneducated. Not happy about how complicated they've made this as we've done everything they've asked us to do.

Friendly staff, but Fulton Bank as a whole is painfully out of touch with technology (example: no Samsung Pay support). I switched from Fulton Bank to PNC and am a lot happier.
