What is so wrong with this location!!!!? I'm standing in a line to the door, have been for 20min. 1 teller is with THE SAME person, the other teller is gone. No one speaks english. Nobody cares. It's bizarre. Fulton bank, this branch is horrible!!!!!!!

Fulton Bank's lack of genuine "customer service" with the Overby-Seawell data breach of critical sensitive personal information is extremely disappointing. If a customer values personal attention and a personal response, it might be wise to seek the services of a different financial institution. Fulton's actions have clearly signaled that they see me as irrelevant and it is inconsequential if I move my financial interests elsewhere.*FOLLOW-UP to Fulton Bank's response - For more than a month, I have tried every conceivable method to have someone at a corporate level call me regarding this very important matter. It strikes me as rather disingenuous to ask me to contact Customer Care (as I have already done multiple times). I had hoped for better, but my trust is irrevocably lost.

Usually I HATE going to this bank! The ATM like never works and the employees are nothing great! BUT there has been this new women working there and she is soo nice and friendly and super fast at her job! This review is for Samantha she is the only reason i still go to Fulton! Shes absolutely amazing!😊

1/25/2018 I walked to the ATM and inserted my bank card...Requested a sum of money from the ATM and as I finished I removed my card and was waiting for the machine to disburse my cash...The slot opened and shut so fast without dispensing my cash...I informed the worker inside the bank of the malfunction that had occurred with the machine and then went back and stood by the machine waiting as they looked into it...They said that my withdrawal was to much for the machine to disburse so it jammed inside...I was taken to the office to sign a form for reimbursement and was told that a technician was coming to fix the machine...This occurred at 8:23 in the morning...It is now 12:16 in the afternoon... No response yet... Why couldn't they just give me what I withdrew and then they take what was in the machine and put that into what needed to be replaced... Left the bank in tears... I felt as if my bank did not trust that those funds were in my account...This is my rent money I'm talking about...😢
