Been with festival for 6 yrs. Went today and needed help. So did 2 other people. NO ATTENDENT could be found! I person rang the bell on the desk. Apparently there was only one ATTENDENT and she was outside smoking.!

This is the cleanest and nicest laundromat I have ever been to. The staff is very helpful and kind, and “Sylvia” was especially patient and kind with me. It was my first time there, and I will definitely go back again. This is 5 Stars for Festiva Laundry!!! Many thanks for a great experience!

I go every weekend and there is never a cart available to use, the employees use the carts and the customer has to have a hard time. According to an employee, she spoke with the bosses about a month ago and everything is still the same ?

This has to be the best laundry mat I have ever been to! I have three kids so the kid area was such a blessing. They have a little play kitchen and a variety of books and a tv to keep them plenty occupied. It was kept clean and stocked the staff greeted us the moment we came in the building. I definitely will be coming back.
