This is a drop location for FedEx but they need better wording on the Google account. It's connected to the office max. They can't scan the QR codes. If you find Yourself there confused like I was. I hope you're lucky and Gavyn is there to help you, he was patient and kind.

I'm in here at least once, sometimes twice a day due to being a vintage reseller. There is very few "offical" Fed Ex locations and this location is convenient to both work and home which is a blessing. The staff is always courteous. Despite being in there every day they still always ask me if I want a receipt, which of course I always do. Even after over a year of seeing these people daily I still don't know any of them. The parking is tight due to being wedged between a Starbucks with a drive thru and a Five Guys in an already undersized lot. Pulling out going left is problematic too. I do wish the parking was better or that Starbucks would move since they are the source of the problem. There should not be a drive thru in such a small configuration. I do wish that Fed Ex staff were more helpful when I've had problems or lost packages, especially since this is an official Fed Ex store, but they refer you to the toll free number which leads you to an operator in India and alot of frustration. In terms of who damages/loses my packages less often of the two evils being UPS and Fed Ex, Fed Ex does do a better job at actually getting it there unscaved, but they're not perfect and when there is a problem it's impossible to resolve.
