WORST ORDER EVER!!!!!!!!! Made a online order for my other in law, it was eligible for one hour delivery.. the first issue is it wasn’t delivered in “a hour” the second issue is these mor*ns didn’t have a driver on Friday and decided to place there deliveries through Uber eats. So I UNKNOWINGLY received a text from Uber eats approx. 4 hours later from when I did place my order telling me that my driver was on his way and had one stop on the way which confused me because I made the order through THEM not Uber eats.. because of them not having a driver they were sending peoples deliveries out in Ubers NOT relaying special instructions!!! My delivery destination was a hospital, the Uber driver texted me letting me know he arrived which I wasn’t able to do anything because I was AT WORK. I paid for my order and thought my job was done! NO, I had to take a minute from work and ask him to take my order INSIDE instead of leaving it at the FRONT door of a business like the Uber instructions said instead of my SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS I put on the edible arrangements website!! With that being said, I called them the same day letting them know my issue and I was transferred to “who knows” because they didn’t state they just answered saying “ hi, how may I help you” anyways, I was firm on my issue and demanded something be done I was promised a refund of the delivery charge. A week or so later still haven’t received the refund back to my card so I call them today asking them about it and somehow they don’t know what I’m talking about and the lady who is in charge now has to wait for the “manager” to return from her “appointment” to ask about it! Which doesn’t make sense, I was told I would get a refund now they’re saying the Uber driver was paid so they don’t know who would have said something about a “$15” delivery charge! THIS BUSINESS IS HORRIBLE, ATTITDUES TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! You have to come face to face with these people because they’re really so “tough and angry” over the phone. Take your business and money elsewhere!!!!!! NOT HERE!!!!!!!

EXTREMLY DISAPPOINTED. As a surprise for my intern I decided to place an order to this location to have flowers and chocolate covered strawberries delivered through UberEats. My driver texted me to tell me that she noticed that the flowers were mostly dead and she tried to talk to the florist about it. She was met with hostility and a "too bad" mentality. The fact that they were told there was an obvious issue, that they agreed but said tough luck, and still wanted to send the product out is disheartening and disappointing. They did not bother to try and make it right or offer an alternative. What is even worse.. is I attempted to call 3 times. Once they never picked up. Second, they put me on hold and then hung up, and the third time they still didn't pick up.

I was so late minute on this AND I had multiple different orders with multiple different cards to pay with. I had lots of questions and they were SO nice and helpful and accommodating! Highly recommend. Besides the great customer service the products looked so amazing! Thank you so much!

Not the best experience. Ordered a specific arrangements receive a phone call later in the day stating that those flowers were not available and that I would be receiving different flowers. I ordered roses and received what it looks like weeds.

This edible arrangement was unprepared for any holiday. No delivery for two days, no supplies needed to create an arrangement for pickup. Very unfortunate that a family member can’t be gifted a wonderful arrangement of fruit because of the lack of readiness this location has. I hope this changes going forward.

Easy online ordering service and prompt next day delivery. Fruits and cookies were delivered in nice secure gift boxes in a reusable tote.

They would not deliver to Leola, yet they delivery to Ephrata which is farther away. Couldn't convince them. Very frustrating!

Ordered 3:30 on a Friday for same day delivery. 20 min later I received a polite courtesy call that they would not be able to fill it and deliver by end of day. I felt this was very reasonable and appreciated the direct call, so that I could choose to cancel and make other arrangements. I responded that Saturday would work. Received a call on Saturday 12:30 that Allen was attempting to deliver it, but no one was home. Allen was calm, patient and helpful. He said if I could get in touch and see when they would be home, he was planning to be back in the area later and would make another delivery attempt, no charge. And he did! all good. Thank you

I spoke to someone on the phone to get some information because I have never been to that place before and I wanted to do something special for my husband unfortunately the person over the phone had an attitude and didn't help at all with my questions and thank God I don't have to make it to the store after that experience and I won't ever

Couldn’t be more disappointed with my order. I spent a lot of money and the quality of my purchase did NOT match with the cost. I didn’t even receive a box for my arrangement, it was placed in a bag which slide around the car on the drive home, chocolate all over the bag. My “dozen fresh baked” cookies, only received eleven, were so small I though they had forgotten to give them to me. Also the bag the cookies were placed in was smeared with chocolate and dirty. Unprofessional. Overall, I’m underwhelmed and will not be wasting my money here again.

I made an order with them two weeks before Valentine’s Day and told them it had to be at her business before 3 because that’s what time she gets off. She hasn’t gotten it yet so I call there and they say we are sorry sir it wasn’t put in correctly it won’t be there by 3. Unbelievable how much they cost and they can’t even make a certain time line.
