Keep your eyes open for the meat that is about to expire. Associate only discount the meat that they deem has a poor appearance. The meat that look better, even if the expiration date is tomorrow will not be discounted, which should be. Now if you still want to buy the nicer one and show the manager its about to expire, in hopes she will give you the discount that will not happen either. Per the manager tonight this is something only can be done through the system. I mentioned the policy indicated otherwise, she insisted it was her way. If that the case, I guess I should consider taking my business elsewhere, until Walmart does a better job at training their managers. I attached Walmart's policy to show my point on ways this manager could have helped me, but refused. I asked her to match the meat with the discount to the one with the same date but better appearance.

I had time to kill before check in and I decided to stop her to take advantage of some leg stretching and browsing for items I didn't necessarily need. Also to pick up anything that I was without. I thought I was being fooled when GPS told me to come here. I honestly thought I was being directed to an empty lot. If it wasn't for the sign at the edge of the road (a smaller than usual one) I had no idea I was being led here. I parked where I felt safe and headed for the front door. I honestly had no business being here, but like I said it was the perfect place to kill some time. For the most part the store looked put together and stocked. I'm not quite sure what it was about this location, but I felt uncomfortable here. Something made me feel uneasy and I couldn't wait to leave here as soon as I could. And that's just what I did.

the worst place ever to go to for automotive help we stood there for an hour and a half waiting for someone to help us get something that was just simply locked up. along with asking multiple employees to help and nobody could help us. someone finally called the manager or boss and he then unlocked it for us.

This has too be one of the worst Walmarts I have been in. The selves are horrible they only have one self check out running. The lines are ridiculous. This store needs a new manager immediately

Excellent customer service and diversity of people and products for cultural food. It is one of the places that offer great prices.

I have never seen such a messy walmart in my life clothes smashed into other clothes. Wrong sizes on hangers. Asked employee where nasal spray was he sent to powder. Hardly and self check out registers open and full service open. I forgot to take pictures but hopefully you can imagine by my description.

I've never had an issue with my online grocery until today. That they decided to give me a pack of strawberries with one that was bitten into. These employees need to take a better look at what they're packing.

This Walmart super center is very disorganized! Everything is out of order! I prefer going to the one in Ephrata. Which is so much organized!

Wish I could give them negative stars. This is the worst Walmart ever they are pushing for all customer self check, you know I already have and since they aren't going to give me an employee discount to check and bag my own stuff I will shop somewhere else. Happy ex-Walmart customer

No problem with this Walmart. Been a customer here for many years. Every employee I have encountered has been polite and extremely helpful. Store is clean and well lit. Very rarely out of stock on items I am looking for. This will continue to be my go to Walmart

Twenty years ago I moved within one mile of this Walmart. I quickly learned that it is known as "the worst Walmart this side of the Mississippi." The location is good and the store is needed in this area. What makes it "the worst" is primarily the store upkeep. Despite living so so close to this store, I have rarely shopped there because of the dismal conditions. Yesterday though, I did go because I was in a hurry and thought, "surely I can pick up a few items there." Wow, it really saddened me. The store is in such disarray and is obviously uncared for--which communicates very loudly that this Walmart does not care a stitch for its customers. Many low-income families from Lancaster City frequent this Walmart by necessity: either to shop at a larger store than the city provides or to stretch their dollars. The parking lot is full; people pour in--because this store is needed. This dire need of people means that the management does not have to care about improvements or cleanliness or orderliness, because the fact is customers have to use this Walmart and thus have to put up with trashed shelves and singular items in random places all over the store. They buy them because they need to eat and feed their families. Being in this Walmart saddened me because humans are being taken advantage of and, really, discriminated against because the majority of the customers come from countries where stores look exactly like this Walmart. It is wrong. Residents of the USA deserve to shop in stores where the customer and his/her safety, physical and emotional health, and ease of the shopping experience are the priorities of the management. Why has this store been allowed to run on minimal efforts for 20+ years? I am guessing it is because it meets financial quotas. Corporate Walmart should know that this Lancaster, Pennsylvania Walmart location meets its quotas by the sheer luck of being in a good location with very needy people around it. I am taking my time to write this in the hope that Corporate Walmart will care and will see that change happens for the good of the community it serves. Thank you for doing something. Please.

I'm torn between grocery pick up is on point and the store is ... ugh... a mess? Don't know jow to explain it. Lol The associates IN THE STORE are so soured on life... just annoyingly rude, not helpful... I was going down the aisle and this lady (an employee) was pushing a cart with stuff to stock and rather than let me go by since the aisle was crowded... was like "excuse me! I'm working!" Seriously... never experienced any Walmart associate being that rude. Grocery pick up however, those people know what's up! They are always nice and helpful. So, 3 stars it is... for now.

Went to this Ghetto Mart today to pick up a few things. Asked the A****** in the cereal isle where the shredded wheat was. He replied, " I don't know where it is. " Hey A******* how about asking someone like I just did, only I asked the A****** OF WALMART ASSHOLES. If you knew about CUSTOMER SERVICE, ( PART OF YOUR JOB , IDIOT. ) Just another reason I call this DUMP, " GHETTO MART. " THE BOTTOM OF THE BARREL, even for Walmart. B.T.W. 99% of these MORONS at this Ghetto Mart DON'T UNDERSTAND OR SPEAK ENGILSH ! Probably ILLEGAL TOO ! Just like Ghetto Mart employees used in Brick , N.J. that Ghetto Mart uses to clean the floors at 6:30 A.M. ( *** 2, *** 15 passenger vans FULL ! FACT, confirmed by the past store Manager that I knew personally. Not even a Military Discount like many, many other stores like Subway, Home Depot ,Lowe's, Chic-fil-a, Arby's, Subway, Cinnabon, Boston Market, J.C .Penney, Boscov's, the U.P.S. stores and Gabes do !

Absolute terrible Auto Care Center. Would never recommend to anyone. Arrived at 10:30 to just have a tire put on a rim, only 2 people ahead of me. Hardly any English speaking people and come 2 I realized that they were accepting their Spanish friends over mine and had not even started on my tire. Huge waste of time and money, do not shop here.
