The website needs an overhaul because it is very difficult to make a payment online. I would rather talk to someone at the office instead of leaving a google review about this but they don't answer phones - after hearing they will be with you over and over again it goes to voicemail which is very aggravating.

The worst experience aside from dealing with my boss. This insurance company and my employer were made for each other. Both incompetent and corrupt. And the fact that there isn’t a case nurse for everyone is appalling. There is no reason I should be doing their job.

Had them and they were useless. The agent I had is a complete and utter douchbag with a fear of strong women. Dominic, you suck. You all did nothing for me.
