Having traveled out from Bucks County, We were surprised at the stores appearance (it was actually very hard to find). It was really grungy, well worn we can say. The merch was just there on racks. Nothing like the other 2 Pro shops. Not what I expected from an Eagles Pro Shop.There was almost no sizes bigger then xlarge. (This is not listed as an outlet store, maybe it should have been) The staff was less then helpful, almost put off that I asked a question. They just stood at the counter on their phones. Like they didn't even care we were even there to spend my hard earned money. As a season tix holder, I was very let down by this store. This is an EAGLES PRO SHOP, you have to do better!!

My disappointment at the customer service of this location is immeasurable. My mom purchased me a shirt that cost $70 as a gift for Christmas and the purchase was made on 12/16. I was unable to attempt an exchange at the store until today. The shirt was too small and had all tags on it and has not been worn or washed.
I explained To them that it was purchased as a gift for Christmas and i was Trying to exchange it and Andrew told me that i needed a paper receipt for exchange as it was store policy. I said okay and as i am Unable to travel and get the receipt from my mom, i requested That she send me a picture of the receipt she had for the purchase. I traveled Back to the store and showed them the picture with the transaction number thinking this would be enough.
To my surprise Andrew now told me that the returns have to be made within 30 days of purchase and on the receipt it says to be made within 14 days of purchase. Something that was not possible for me to have done considering that it was a Christmas gift over the holidays and i was Not able to due to traveling.
I would Have been satisfied with an exchange for a larger size or even store credit as i was Ready to buy more merchandise in the store while there for the return. Instead, i left With no satisfaction.

Went there and everything felt cheap but grabbing the price tag it was expensive. For some reason the TV was running ads cause the employees were just watch Sports Center and tossing a ball. The selection online is better.

Awesome to have a pro shop in Lancaster, but recent jacket releases have been very disappointing. For the recent Mitchell and Ness varsity letterman jacket release, pro shop social media blasted out that all pro shops would have all sizes in stock. This shop was sent 21 jackets (mostly in plus sizes), employees got first dibs on the jackets before the store opened, and the first people in line walked out with 3 or 4 jackets each. Terrible management of the release, false information to say they would have it in stock in all sizes, and terrible fanservice.

Cool store. Didn’t have a cox jersey. Said there was new shipment coming in the following week but wouldn’t tell me what day and would not let me preorder one. I would avoid this shop if you are looking for a Jersey but it has some ok memorabilia.

This store has everything Eagles you could possibly want. They even have the items you didn’t think you wanted. The store was very clean and well stocked. The store is staffed with people who know everything eagles and are very helpful if you’re looking for something specific. This business is situated in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking available.

The only other location to find an authorized Philadelphia Eagles team Pro Shop. Why drive all the way to Lincoln Financial Field when you can have this one in your back yard. Hate shopping online? Welcome to Eagles Endzone. Hate shopping at complexes with multiple different shops and would prefer a bunch of vacant stores instead? Welcome to Rockvale Outlets, home of Eagles Endzone.
The only thing missing from this store is.. *sigh*.. LVII Championship gear (darn KC). Other than that, great merchandise and a great staff.

Pre-Super Bowl visit. Really crowded. Most merch was National Conference championship and Super Bowl branded. I was looking for shirts with no ones name and number on. I'll have to go back when the fervor dies down. Still, a lot of Team gear here.
