I arrived early and waited for the store to open. Two men were in the store with me and there were two helpful employees. In less than 15 minutes all three of us were helped, coddled till paying and leaving with a wonderful smile on our faces. Thank you DXL !

The store salespeople know me well (6’9”) and they know what I know the store, the brands and what I prefer. They don’t hover over me, but are always available if I need them. I appreciate that.
I hated it when the rules were that someone had to be in my face the whole store experience. In fact, I bought less because I wasn’t comfortable browsing.

It is so wonderful to find a store that has clothing that actually fit my son! Really disappointed that they closed the one in Harrisburg. We willingly drove 45 minutes to get to this store!

My experience today at DXL Lancaster, PA. was absolutely wonderful. The store was neat and well organized. The isles were uncluttered, and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. A huge part of the positive experience was an Associate named Kiersten Klink. She immediately greeted me, yet gave me my space and did not hover. She was immediately available when I had questions and definitely enhanced the quality of my trip to your store. Kiersten was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. I will most certainly seek her out any time I visit the store.
