CVS Pharmacy your store located at 630 Centerville Road in Lancaster PA is always a dissappointment! They close their pharmacy early all the time and are very rude. The people that work there tell everyone your business and what prescriptions you are taking and I am sick of it. You have lost my business after one too many times of screwing up. I am sorry me getting my medication is an emergency, not the pharmacist leaving early’ I arrived at 4:00pm and they were to close at 5! To say I am mad at this is and understatement. Training and a revamp of that entire store is needed. Do better for your customers! One star is too much to actually give but I had to do something to leave a review. I wish I had check them before because your ratings are terrible.

Waited over 20 minutes to take a passport photo. This store is badly understaffed. Self check out is destroying customer service. I spent $88 on toiletries and still zero service. CVS, do better.

This place is the worst. If you need prescriptions there is usually 1 person filling and 3 looking at them. If you need checkout help in the front, there is never anyone to be found. When they do find someone to help you, it's usually someone who has an attitude of a 4 year old that needs a nap. If you have medical needs, do not go here . You are going to die before you get helped.

Awful, I was 3rd person in line and still waiting after 15 minutes. Line grew out around the cards. There was a problem with the customers as order and instead of moving them aside we all had to wait and when I left they were still trying to figure it out. There was a person at the drive window and only one at the register. This is not the fault of the associate. I do understand customer service. Why have 3 register when only using one. I know help is hard to find...thank you.

It was a bit of a harrowing experience. I sensed some unhappiness in the air, perhaps due to the passive-aggressive comments being made. I wasn't aware then, but my daughter had placed some chocolate in our wagon. The cashier noticed this and brought it to our attention, which initially felt like an accusation of theft. Another employee also commented on the cost of the chocolates, which made me feel uncomfortable. Although I had planned on buying the chocolates, I decided to put them back and not give the store any further business.

The worst pharmacy experience ever. I was disappointed to learn at the beginning of 2024 I would need to use CVS for my healthcare benefits. I did not have good experiences in the past when I had to use them for one time prescriptions. Today I had the most unprofessional service from a woman at Centerville. If it wasn't for Brandon the pharmacist who saved the day I might have exploded! Deplorable service. Yes I know they are overworked, I blame management for that but to hire people who do not care about customer service is disgraceful. It's a shame all the small independent pharmacies were driven out of business by these people. NO STARS AT ALL!

Second time in a row I was notified that a prescription had been filed, went to pick it up hours later, still not ready. Last time we were in a guy behind the counter had his hand down his pants.

Worst pharmacy ever. I have had to wait an average of 4-6 days to get a prescription filled. The last time was a prescription that could not be delayed. I could not get in contact with the pharmacy and finally just called into corporate. They resolved the issue quickly and my prescription was filled in 30 minutes. I will NEVER be going back.

I would give the CVS pharmacy negative stars if I could. I’ve been here six different times to try to pick up my prescription, and the line is either hours long or they’re closed in the middle of the day. Nobody has this kind of time to spend trying to get the medicine they need. Don’t waste your time here!

There’s plenty of staff not helping anyone, but they’re too busy to help you. They are all rude. Save yourself the terrible experience of dealing with some extremely rude staff and go to the Weis down the road.

This is not the people working here's fault. Looks like CVS is not staffing properly. I've been coming here for years and noticed a change. Cut the profit and hire more help. This is shameful corporate greed.

My dr sent my script in days ago and I’ve called twice to see when it will be ready and both times I was on hold for 30 minutes and never got through to anyone. Having my scripts sent somewhere else from now on.

Short staffed, cannot retain staff, 3 weeks behind on filling scripts, online ordering encouraged but drop-offs seem to be prioritized. Entire pharmacy closes 1/2 hr for lunchtime.
