No one was at the register when I approached so I opted for self checkout. There were 2, one said cash/credit the other credit only. I chose cash. At time of payment screen informed me cash was not an option. Then had to wait in line (cashier had returned) to pay. Cashier told me I should have seen the sign stating credit only. I pointed to the large one saying cash/credit. It's just never a pleasant shopping experience here. Not a huge issue but it adds up over time.

I have never been treated so Rude. I have a healthcare card that I can pay for over the counter prescriptions with and I earn reward money for doing certain tasks. This card can not be used at self checkout. I was at the register waiting and waiting and did not see anyone so I went and found a cvs employee and asked her if she could ring me up. She told me it’s only self checkout right now. I told her that would be a problem because I can not use my card at self checkout. Ss he wanted to know what card I had. I was trying to explain it to her and she huffs at me and walks to the register with an attitude: she takes my card and starts scanning it. She says sorry it won’t work. I told her she needs to ring merchandise up so it has something to pay for. You’re trying to get it to pay a zero balance. She said I’m sorry we don’t take this card. I told her I use it all the time. Could you please get me your manager. Again she huffed at me and said OKAY! She called for the manager and two men came to the counter (I think the one may have been in training) so I explained to him I can not use this card at self check out could you please ring me up. He looks at the card and said ok what do you need me to do, this is a health insurance card. So I had to explain it all over to him. He then says to me “we’ll do you have enough money for all this stuff??? What??? I wonder if asks all his customers that!! I was so embarrassed by that and I said Yes I have enough money.?please just ring me up. At that point the other manager semi took over. I grabbed everything and put it in a bag and left. I’m canceling my care pass and never shopping at CVS again. Horrible customer service. That was not the first time cvs employees were rude to me or other customers but it will be the last time they are rude to me.

Do not trust them was charged $11 one week for a medical then 1 week later I was charged for the exact same med $39. Today according to my good rx gold it shouldn't come out anymore than $30 for my 2 meds today they said it was closer to $60 I'm done with them !!

I’m here right now at 8:10 and no one is here to open the store. The store says it opens at 8 and is covered with signs about great service and helpful employees. Why is no one here? I need to grab something before work and now I can’t because whoever is working today decided to drop the ball. I’ll pick a different cvs next time.

Everyone at this location is very nice. I had an issue where I needed some Covid meds for my wife and the pharmacist stayed until the prescription got called in (it was 5 mins until the pharmacy was to close) and he waited, then filled it immediately. Otehrwise she would have been out of luck until the next morning, GREAT SERVICE

If you get your teeth or a tooth pulled don’t have your prescriptions sent here. Unfortunately you will not be treated like a valued customer but then again I’ve only ever seen this poor treatment directed towards minorities.

The pharmacist Rachel was extremely helpful, professional and intelligent. There was an issue with a prescription that was the fault of another pharmacy. Rachel solved the issue and also observed that the medication was too expensive. She helped me get a prescription that was far more effective and way less expensive. Definitely recommend! Very good experience. Thank you Rachel!

I pick up my prescription here and every time there is a long line. This location only has one line open in the drive thru. This is the same line that people get there COVID test through!! Don’t get your prescriptions filled here!!!

I ordered four canvas prints for same day pick-up. Hours went by when they were supposed be done, so I decided to call. When I called, they told me that my name isn’t even there for an order to be fulfilled and that they don’t have the material to do it. Mind you I already paid for them! They said it’s not their problem and there’s no way for them to let people know when they place an order online that they don’t have the material.... YOU SHOULDN’T BE TAKING PEOPLE’S MONEY IF YOU CAN’T FULFILL THE ORDER. Both of the people I spoke to at the store were rude and acted like it’s my problem! I will NEVER order from here again!
