Dear Clint, as the manager of the pharmacy, please note that when customers call to complain about the service or any mishaps, it is not a personal issue for them, but it is a problem that needs to be addressed. Customers usually call only when there is an issue and they expect prompt solutions. It is important that you do not take any frustration expressed by customers personally. A simple and polite conversation with the customer would resolve the issue. Understand the customer might not be a trained pharmacist or is aware of CVS policy as well as you know it. When you cancel their prescription, you should call the customer and let them know, they should not find out by opening the app and be shocked when they go to pay for their prescriptions. You should not hang up on them, yell at them, or use inappropriate language. As a leader, it is your responsibility to handle the situation calmly and professionally. Please note that the customer will be without their medication for three days now, and if any harm comes to them due to this delay, legal action may be taken. So, please ensure that such issues are handled in a prompt and professional manner. CVS Corporate has been advised of this issue.

Horrible. Always waiting in line for more than 20 minutes. Today, the person behind me got checked out before me. Always a new worker at the register who doesn’t know how to work the system. They also seem like they don’t organize the medications correctly as it always takes them multiple tries to find the correct one. I am disappointed

They have the best pharmacist ever, Clint Todd, and the whole staff are awesome and sooo friendly,They’re working so hard and doing their best to make sure we get the medications on time,Also Despite of all the stress from work they welcome customers with a big smile on their faces.. ?I feel myself lucky that this pharmacy department is part of my family’s health care team.

the young lady in the pharmacy was pushy and rude. She rushed through my questions like she didn't care and practically threw my bag at me before moving onto the next customer. Do better.

Nice CVS location overall. We have been here many times before and it's great for the most part. The place is clean and organized, the service is decent, and no main complaints overall. They even recently added a self checkout section, which is nice. And lastly, it's in a convenient location.

Traveled into the area for the weekend. The Pharmacist, Clint, went above and beyond for us to make sure we were able to get our medications. The staff at this location is far superior to any other.

Absolutely the worst establishment to get your prescriptions filled. They should be shut down. I waited an hour and a half for my medications they had me come back 4 times and then acted like I was such an inconvenience for them to do their jobs. Will never be using this pharmacy again. Absolute goofballs employed here.
