I called for the manager to see where I was got interviewed and did the necessary paperwork to start told me to call back this week so I did today 2-24-24 while I was speaking the gentleman Rudely talked to me and hung up on me I want to withdraw from the position because I don’t tolerate rudeness this is most certainly horrible customer service

Yikes. I went here because I lived around the corner. Every Rx is an issue. The last straw for me was taking 5 days to not fill a Rx and not call me about it. After sitting on hold for 30 min, turns out they were 2 pills short and put my Rx on hold. Would’ve been nice to be notified.Ongoing issues here have forced me to switch to a less convenient pharmacy.Avoid this location! Store is poorly managed in general.

Do not use this cvs for anything. Pharmacy is the worst I’ve seen. You drive to get your meds and they are closed without posting. At times not even aware you need a med even if taking for years. Was going out of town and went to get a bp med and they r closed!!! Can’t talk to anyone!! Do Not Use- not good for your health

This is one of the absolute worst CVS’s in Lancaster County. They are consistently out of medication’s that are very common and should stay stocked, they are closed on holidays when other non-24 hour CVS pharmacies are open, and it seems like they are never capable of filling scripts the same day they are called in whether that medication is in stock or not.The whole pharmacy is just generally managed poorly. Don’t get me wrong there’s some great individuals that work there but unfortunately those who do their job poorly outweigh those who do their job well. The only reason I have not switched pharmacies is that it’s too much work to get new scripts sent elsewhere for my medically complex disabled sister. For anybody moving into the area or looking to get scripts sent to a new pharmacy I highly recommend you save yourself a hassle and go elsewhere!!

Do not use this pharmacy. ER Dr. Called in 2 prescriptions. Saw on online account, they looked like they were only doing 1. This place filled 1 and said they never received the other. Had to call hospital to see what was going on. They said it was ordered and it was verified by store. Head guy seems very rude.

Easily the WORST cvs I have ever been to with the worst customer service known to man. Disrespectful staff at the pharmacy who couldn't care if you lived or died. It's really unfortunate that getting medicine that keeps me alive is such a chore for them. Slamming my meds down on the counter while looking me up because god forbid someone asks you to do your job! If you're so overworked, then literally quit. No one wants you or your bad attitude here. Seriously recommend staying as far away from this place as possible.

My husband is 71 years old, he has shakes and tremors. He called CVS Thursday morning to get his prescription filled, and I was going to pick it up for him before I went to work. I called the pharmacy at 4:30pm, the girl, a "clerk" told me they did not have the prescription, and she was not going to call the doctor because the doctors office was closed.At 6pm my husband called me at work and asked me to please get his prescription. I had to leave work, and when I got to CVS, this young girl with a blue streak in her hair said, "they were out of stock for this medicine"I called my husband from my cell, and he spoke with this girl, told her, he had spoken with the pharmacist, and the script was being prepared. Now she says, they have 3/4th of the medicine, but not all of it.She lied to me when she said the doctors office was closed, and when I had to leave work, drive there, and then she tried another lie, saying the medicine was out of stock.For what reason? Indifference? Trying to act like a big shot? Not the first time, an $8.00 an hour clerk has tried to act like a clinician.

The female pharmacist behind the counter was not friendly and neither was the girl at the window. She ignored me and failed to give me my correct medication. I switched pharmacies after they called the cops because i was going through a mental health crisis and needed my meds and they were scared. They clearly arent educated on mental health which makes no sense if your a pharmacist.

I had a wonderful experience today shop at CVS Lincoln hwy, Lancaster, pa. The staff are kind and helpful, the store is well kept.
