Wow. I’ve never had an actual pharmacist treat me so rudely. Employees here are sometimes great and sometimes negligent, but always understaffed and too busy. It’s a shame that one of the only 24 hour pharmacies is so terrible and won’t improve staffing and service.

Because I have to give at least one star. I would not even give it that. Pharmacist Debbie was very nasty to me and hung up on me multiple times and swore at me saying omg give it a rest. She said she was upset at me. All I did was ask a question cuz I misunderstood her and she won’t off on me and got upset. I am only human after all.

What a terrible pharmacy. Their treatment of their customers is deplorable and disrespectful. Let me explain. I arrived at the pharmacy at 1:00 to pick up a prescription.. they ignored me in line until 1:30 and then told me "we are on lunch now". Extremely unacceptable service. I will NEVER patronize this store again.

The extra star is for the pharmacy staff; they've always been friendly, patient, and accommodating. Never had an issue except when they would randomly close. This week, I totally get it being a busy week with Christmas and everyone being sick, I've dealt with one associate that has just been nasty. She kept cutting me off and told me that they never ordered my daughter's antibiotic and was never going to and that she doesn't know why they would tell me that they ordered it. When I've spoken to another associate and they said it was ordered. I also received the automated phone call twice about the prescription being ordered. I asked to cancel the claim and she said it was never processed so there's nothing to cancel, which is a lie because another pharmacy tried to process it but they couldn't because CVS already did. I just didn't understand why she was so nasty, I was patient with her until the very end and lost it. This is not how you speak to people in general, customer or not. Every time I said I received a call or spoke to someone, she would say "nnnnnnoo". Please speak to this associate on how to handle customers. I understand dealing with rude and disrespectful customers but don't treat me like one if I'm not.

Sick of this pharmacy. Horrible service. Pharmacy poorly staffed. At least 1/3 of the time, they don't have my meds in stock.

Avoid the pharmacy if you can. It is the SLOWEST pharmacy I have ever stepped foot in. I waited over 40 minutes for a prescription after I was told it’d be filled in 10 minutes.

They don’t deserve 1 star. This CVS continually loses my prescriptions. To top it off I got Covid there 3 days ago. How do I know, it is because it is the ONLY place since major surgery 9 days earlier. Customer 2 places in front of me had Covid as he told the pharmacy cashier, asks for the pharmacist and walks around the store while his wife waits for pharmacist. Staff highly rude. Do no use this pharmacy. They really don’t care about customers

This 5 stars goes to Randi who works at the register in the pharmacy.She is so professional and she is so patient and has really good skills in customer service.Today I had a bad experience, Randi was asking kind and patient way to a technician named Destine to help her because it was a big line of customers and she was the only one at the register, but this technician responded to her on the rud way and yelled at her " that she's not going to help her at all.I feel so frustrated and sad at the same time because Randi was so kind and she said to me "My apologies, my apologies "

Second CVS we stopped at for antibiotics. Not only did they have it, but they didn’t blindly fill it and fixed it when it would’ve been too much. Had to wait, but would gladly wait to have things correct.
