I think there needs to be a grading system just for CVS, that way every single one doesn’t have to be one star. So maybe the ones that don’t suck quite as bad can get three stars but this isn’t one of those places so they get 1.

Apparently the only place to lose power in Lancaster county 6/7/24. Bunch of smug employees sitting around smoking out front telling people we’re closed.
I had literally just received a call from the pharmacy telling me my Rx was ready for pickup 10 min prior.

Huge shoutout too Tamisa! I was traveling and forgot my cpap supplies on Memorial Day weekend and I thought I had the right piece but didn’t, tamisa helped me pick out and return my product that never left the store, first night in 3 days I’m gonna get some sleep thank you Tamia for taking the time to make sure i left the store. (4th cvs I stopped at and people either had no idea what i was talking about or it just wasn’t there, Tamia told me what aisle even section!) she deserves a raise/promotion because I’ve seen people not care at cvs, she cares immensely thank you again kind soul! ❤️

Slowest pharmacy ever! 8 hours to fill a prescription? And that's all the time, no matter what day or time, it's always like that And you can't keep using the "we short staffed" excuse, because last month we got the text that our prescription was filled and it only took 1 hour! So when we went in the lines where short and people where getting serviced fast, one small detail, there was three guys back there in suits (must have been corporate or owners) so that means they can work fast but decide to be lazy, unless corporate is there for them to fake it like they really work fast.. ?

I have never felt so ignored. I waited well over an hour for one (common) prescription. I made several trips to the counter to inquire about my prescription. The people at the counter were courteous; however, nothing was done to expedite my order. I am currently looking for another pharmacy.

I give up with CVS. It doesn't matter which state, store or hour it is you are sure to get rude individuals who hang up after you've been on hold forever, snap at you no matter how nice you are, and mess up your prescriptions... but it's ALWAYS your own fault. My doctors office accidentally sent in prescriptions to a CVS, so I knew I was doomed. When the quantity they called in was wrong they had to call in a new prescription with the right quantity, they called it in to a different CVS in town. Now try explaining why "No, I didn't already fill it at the other CVS. It's a corrected prescription called in to the wrong store..." Oh the attitude you get when things are going right is horrible. When there's a problem, or they have to think, you are REALLY in for it. Just avoid ALL CVS anywhere in the US. Something must be wrong with the company so that employees at all their stores take it out on customers.
(Will paste this as a review at the other store I dealt with and got the same attitude, if allowed.)

Called to calmly and respectfully about switching my prescriptions to a new location due to the difference in cost. When I called I got someone immediately which was awesome I know how busy they can be as I have seen first hand picking up scripts in-person. First person who picked up was a gentleman who said “CVS Pharmacy how can I help you?” I explained to them that I would like to transfer my medication I recently had ordered there to a new location because of the cost. Response was “please hold”. This is where it took a turn for the unprofessionalism, A young lady who I would agree is probably spread thin and has a lot on her plate picked up the phone saying “CVS Pharmacy how can I help?” I assumed she was informed briefly what my call was about from the gentleman who answered first since if he had to hand it off to someone else I assumed it was something he could not help me with but I explained myself again anyway not bothered however, she interrupted with “what’s your date of birth?” I paused…and finished what I had to say and than said if you would let me finish speaking I could have easily given you that information. It came off uncaring and bothered by something that she came into work to do. So, the staff decided to all chip in on this unprofessionalism by placing me on hold as soon as they recognized my voice picking up the phone than for the third time picking up they just slammed the phone on the receiver to hang up on me.
It’s very sad that as adults they act like children at this Pharmacy, multiple times I have interacted with these individuals and I have been so polite and understanding in person and on the phone and this time it was just very sad and rude to be treated like that. Uncaring and bothered and very very unprofessional. I’ve swore by this Pharmacy because when I came in person it was a service with a smile even when I can see that they are all visible worn out but it is not an excuse to be disrespectful and childish. I firmly believe if you are burned out or hate yourself or your job that much, find some happiness somewhere else.

Don’t plan ahead and expect the prescription to be ready when promised! Also, hope you’re NOT IN ANY PAIN, because if you NEED pain medication, you’ll be jumping through impossible hoops! This location is run so poorly, staff is not trained, staff is mostly rude and I honestly hate this location!!! Ahhh do better CVS!!! I am suffering while you have your head shoved where the sun don’t shine!!! No one wants to work, take pride in their work! End of rant! This happens every single time!

The pharmacy was very busy when I arrived for my vaccine appointment. It turned out that I was at the wrong CVS. I was nervous about the shot and thinking I would just go home. However, the pharmacist, Raj, was very helpful and got my info from the other store. Thank you, Raj and I hope you got your lunch break.

Wow. I’ve never had an actual pharmacist treat me so rudely. Employees here are sometimes great and sometimes negligent, but always understaffed and too busy. It’s a shame that one of the only 24 hour pharmacies is so terrible and won’t improve staffing and service.

Because I have to give at least one star. I would not even give it that. Pharmacist Debbie was very nasty to me and hung up on me multiple times and swore at me saying omg give it a rest. She said she was upset at me. All I did was ask a question cuz I misunderstood her and she won’t off on me and got upset. I am only human after all.
