What a great team they are. I highly recommend this CVS at 2020 Good Dr. in Lancaster special thank you to the pharmacist, the pharmacist that fills in and the pharmacy techs.

went to pickup my prescriptions at the pharmacy which was supposed to open on Sunday at 9:00. It was not open. waited till almost 10:00, still not open. I finally asked one of the associates why the pharmacy wasn't open. She said the pharmacist never showed up and at that time did not know when someone was coming in. Are you kidding me???? What kind of place is this????? I thought, ok I'll wait a little while longer. And, every time a customer came to the pharmacy, I told them what was going on. They left saying this is crazy. I finally left and came back about an hour later. There was a line all around the building!!!! OMG!!!! No way I was gonna wait in that line. Now, my prescription was supposed to be ready early yesterday but I had to actually call to get them to fill it. Then by nighttime, I never got a text saying it was ready so I had to check myself. It was ready. Why didn't I get a text saying that???? And now, I desperately need to be taking this medication and I can't. This is unacceptable!!!! Very unprofessional!!! Especially coming from a big company like CVS! I'm changing pharmacies now. Will give my business to someone else.

I must say the people that work at this CVS location needs to learn some dang respect! Went here about a month ago and let the disrespect slide thinking oh hey they are just having a bad day but when again recently and received the same disrespectful service I did last month! Pulled up to their drive thru window asking for my medication and told them my name. The girl just stands there utterly staring at me before saying rudely I need your birthday. I tell it to her and she rolls her eyes and looks at me. Your medication isn't here. I said it should be it was called in two days ago but because you guys lie about your hours I haven't been able to pick it up. She rolls her eyes again slams the drive thru window shut and goes back to the computers. She comes back and states like I said we don't have it and yet again rolls her eyes. I said ok whatever and left. I also have to laugh cause even when I'm inside buying stuff even the cashiers and floor people hold the same attitude. Sad CVS wants to represent their name with such disrespect.
