I was waiting to pick up the medicine for my child which was send to pharmacy at 6:40 pm .When I was there at 7 pm they told me they are being working on it.After me 10-12 get their proscription filled and got.At about 8:10 pm I was called in counter and again they told me it is not ready yet. They told me to wait.One of the person in pharmacy told me that he is only himself which is not my problem.We paid what they said but why they don’t hire enough people as per the work demand.This is my big question????

I mean, it's CVS. I don't really know what I expected besides being told over and over for 45 minutes that my prescription was "almost ready" while the only person doing anything just kept helping people at the register. Just be warned.

Pharmacist Nate Cole came to my rescue when I needed help getting med for an extended vacation. After banging my head in utter frustration with a totally uncaring insurance company, Nate took time out of his impossibly busy schedule to assist me and was able to finally get my needed meds approved and in my hands before the trip. Very compassionate, helpful, professional and caring! Thank you, thank you Nate!!!

Finally have to break up with this CVS. The service is just so consistently not good - things take too long, get missed in processing, and some employees frequently act like you're not worth their time. Walgreens it is!

The staff is extremely not helpful and rude. A few weeks ago I picked up a $3 and used self check out and it wasn't scanning & so I needed cashier assistance. When the lady came over 5 minutes later I explained what was happening and how the machine wasn't scanning, and she smugly said "mhm" insinuating that I was trying to shoplift the item, and walked away. Nevertheless I will never be going back

Very fast. Waited no time for our medicine to be filled. Usually quick. Love they're open 24 hours. Great for when you need a script filled late.

Most incompetent pharmacy. Scary for a pharmacy to be this incompetent. Son went to Urgent Care for strep & w/out asking UC called Rx in to 24 hr cvs (they don't deserve capital letters) Here's the message cvs left on my phone: "Due to insurance limitations we cannot fill your Rx starting with a @ your cvs pharmacy. If you have any questions please contact your cvs pharmacy @ (their #). Thank you for being a valued customer of cvs. We look forward to serving you in the future. Goodbye."LMBO...Like that's gonna happen! If we're such valued customers why would they send such a stupid message? Had to call son & have him go back to UC & have Rx sent to Giant pharmacy. Then called Giant to make sure they could fill it. Then I called cvs to ask why the stupid message. Was told Rx was ready for pickup. Then she said, "That message should not have been sent." Duh, ya think! Fix the issue so it doesn't happen to anyone else!They've been calling me everyday since w/ same message "Your Rx is ready for pickup." I finally blocked their #, as I'm sure they don't want me calling & telling them what they can do w/that Rx.

The Pharmacists?Are Very Professional And Will Try To Keep You Up To Date About Any Recent Changes That Are New Or Problems That Affect You And Your Prescriptions. That Also Goes For The Assistants Who Work Extremely Hard In The Pharmacy Dept. Especially,Carol.?She's Been Working There A Long Time Now And I Appreciate Her Help And Support When These Problems Have Came Up From Time To Time. The Store Is Very Clean,Especially The Mens Restroom And They Usually Have What Your Looking For When It Comes To Over The Counter Medications. Keep Up The Great Work Ladies!!!

Went in last night to pick up a prescription One of the pharmacist (older female) dropped some prescriptions and I watched the other pharmacist (younger male) step over her and continued to work and didn’t bother to stop and help her pick up the prescriptions
