The team at the Lemon & Prince Sts. CVS provides consistent superior customer service. They always find discounts for my prescriptions. Regardless of how busy they are, they help each customer with their needs. They are friendly, patient and kind. They also have one of the best pharmacists around! Thank you!

Can't be bothered to alert customers when scheduled vaccinations are unavailable. We scheduled a vaccination days in advance, got the confirmation, and walked 20 minutes only to be told upon arrival that there were no shots available because they ran out days ago. We should have been alerted by phone call or text at the very least.

If the changes that affect customers continue, I will have to change pharmacies. Lately they close for lunch, which is really crazy, because they all have to leave at the same time. Then the service cart is closed after they arrive from lunch and when you call on the phone the system tells you that the pharmacy is closed. I haven't changed yet because of the employees who are really very friendly.
