My experience of this business is very unsatisfactory. I paid 500.00 cash for t shirts for a family reunion in July 2022.He required payment in full 3 weeks ahead of the due date yet he started work on them the day before the reunion, several days after our agreed upon due date. The whole point of ordering custom shirts was so they would all be matching. However the shirts were from 3 different companies and therefore different shades of green. Also the sizes of the ladies style shirts were crazy small and half of them didn't even fit the women. One was printed off center. I had to tell the reunion participants that the shirts they had paid for are messed up. After I complained about it he finally offered to replace all the ladies shirts with larger sizes after the reunion, but when I contacted him afterwards about it he never replaced anything. Plus I had ordered and paid for a 30.00 hoodie which he never made. He has been avoiding my many phone calls and removing my comments from Facebook (clearly a tech wizard) where he solicits more work. I reported him to the better business bureau. He did this to at least one other customer. Look at reviews on Yelp. All I want is what I paid for and what he promised. Save yourself a lot of hassle and DON'T use this "business".

I got T-shirt's done at printz I paid for 14 shirts when I picked them up there was only 12 he leaves them outside by his door so no one was there. I told him I was missing 2. Please refund me for two shirts. Text. N called no answer no response. At all he owes me $40 dollars I doubt I will get it please be careful with this company. So unprofessional

Unbeatable customer service! I needed a last second (less than 24 hours) order — 2 shirts, 2 different multi-color custom designs....the total time from when I gave them an idea of what I was looking for, to the time my shirts were printed and ready for pickup was ONLY ONE HOUR!! I’ve never experienced that level of speedy service that resulted in such a high quality product!! I’ve already told numerous friends about them and will undoubtedly be using them for future orders.

Going to give this a 1 star because I've emailed them a design I want done on shirts and have received NO contact from them at all.I'm trying to call so I can get an update or something regarding my inquiry.This better not be some sort of scam, I will address court because my design is mine and mine only.Be prepared
