0/5. I simply called to see if they would carry my medication. I was immediately hung up on the call lasted .5 seconds. They claim they want to “help” their clients yet they wouldn’t even give me the time of day and tell me where I could find my prescription. Imagine if my medication were a life or death medication. absolutely unbelievable and unprofessional. 0/5.

This is a very interesting apothecary because you apparently have to be referred by a specialist to get a patient-tailored medicine or remedy for something that requires non-standard treatment.This *not* a CVS or Walgreens to pick up general items or pop in for a bottle of aspirin. There are some bottles of minerals for sale but the very small area is dominated by the sales desk where you pick up a prescription.Staff was decently nice but busy.Delivery of a prescription IS available to Lancaster residents for $3 USD.Parking is street only or go down to the hospital parking garage and walk back up to the location.

I would rate 0 if I could. I was never told by their pharmacist my medication wasn’t covered by my insurance and they would be charging me their price for it, I was only aware of the delivery fee. I called them to figure out how to get my money back and she clearly didn’t care that they blindly robbed me of money without my consent or knowledge of a copay for the prescription. Never going back here.

She listens carefully comes up with a plan to literally customize a medication or supplement to help you. Most recently even made hand sanitizer ... I knew just who to call! While my experience wasn’t customer based I am a contractor who is hired to do a job and when I showed up to do side job there was another company they’re doing the job without any notice of telling me I was not doing the job .As a business owner myself this is bad practice I would not recommend this place to anybody.

I was hired to do a job by custom prescription of Lancaster after we agreed on a price to do the job I then show up to do the job on Said day only to find another contractor there doing the job I was hired to do without any notice. I would not recommend this business to anybody with that kind of bad business practice
