Everytime I need to go in a Cricket store for help. This store can never get into their own system to help make payments or anything. So if i can't make my bridge payment (which you have to go to the store for)because of their own issues how is this my fault!!!!!
It's super in convenient!! So off to another Cricket store I go.... again!

Was so so pissed off leaving this store on 04/19/2024 there was a woman behind the counter and an other sitting on a stool the lady behind the counter had no teeth saying this because I didn’t get her name but I want someone to know who she is I asked if she was able to help me with my problem I was locked out of my phone and she said that I needed to buy a new phone then I ask how much for one she said I was do for an upgrade she priced one to be $500 I then left the shop very upset and I got on my daughter’s phone and I called customer support they gave me the SUk code and the phone is working great why is this person working there if she doesn’t answer questions she just wanted to sell me a phone and being I don’t know much about this phone problem she took advantage of me and tried to sell me a new phone I will be calling the CEO on Monday to have them take care of the issue with this person who does not know anything about phones nor she is a scam artist trying to make me buy a new phone instead of fixing my phone problem

Staff is terrible there, they are disrespectful, they aren’t transparent at all and they sold me things after saying it was no added cost and then refuse to refund me the money back after we seen we were charged for the items all around a horrendous store.

when I stop by all the people that work in the store are awesome an also are bilingual speakers so it was very easy for me to communicate

Employee was very nice. Since they had just taken over as new management. Yes he got my new phone working. But I had to add apps when I got home and get things more straightened up.

It took 2 1/2 hours to pay a$25 phone bill. The automatic took off my new bank card. Said they were gonna shut off my phone unless I paid the $25.00 cause the first payment would not post in time. Go to the store in Bloomsburg pa. They only had one worker. It is ridiculous to have to wait that long. I was sitting in a cold car waiting for my fiance to pay my bill. Cricket should be ashamed if their self nit having ppl working. So not happy w this phone place.

There was a lady working there I was trying to ask for help and speak to her but she was too busy screaming at her phone. Also they never pick up the phone even when they are open unlike other stores. And sometimes they close like 2 hours early.
