The Crate and Barrel outlet offers a variety of furniture at 30-40% off, but be cautious as some items may be severely damaged. The selection is mainly furniture, with limited decor and accessories. While it's a good option for furniture, the overall value might not extend beyond that. On Black Friday, the discount seems modest, with only 10% off after a $10 donation.Service and staff are friendly and nice. The store is well kept and organized nicely.

Furniture changes all the time and comes and goes fast. In order to get what you need or want a couple of visits over time will be needed. Service inside the store is good. Once you buy the item, they don't care anymore. The guys giving you the product on the back are the WORST. Your are on your own and do not expect anything from them. Horrible experience after you paid for your items.

Don't be fooled by old reviews about the great deals here! This outlet has been ruined by a new pricing policy where you'll find damaged items at only 30% off the expensive Crate and Barrel or CB2 retail price. They used to have a great policy of marking each item down on a weekly basis up to 70% off, but not anymore. Definitely not worth the drive!
