The Crate and Barrel outlet offers a variety of furniture at 30-40% off, but be cautious as some items may be severely damaged. The selection is mainly furniture, with limited decor and accessories. While it's a good option for furniture, the overall value might not extend beyond that. On Black Friday, the discount seems modest, with only 10% off after a $10 donation.Service and staff are friendly and nice. The store is well kept and organized nicely.

Furniture changes all the time and comes and goes fast. In order to get what you need or want a couple of visits over time will be needed. Service inside the store is good. Once you buy the item, they don't care anymore. The guys giving you the product on the back are the WORST. Your are on your own and do not expect anything from them. Horrible experience after you paid for your items.

Don't be fooled by old reviews about the great deals here! This outlet has been ruined by a new pricing policy where you'll find damaged items at only 30% off the expensive Crate and Barrel or CB2 retail price. They used to have a great policy of marking each item down on a weekly basis up to 70% off, but not anymore. Definitely not worth the drive!

This place is great! We bought a couch, an office chair and a desk here and paid less than half of what they were marked for. The woman that helped us was really great!

We spent over $5k here and were led to believe that they would load our truck for us. We naively assumed that meant taking care to use protective blankets to make sure the furniture didn't get hurt banging into each other on the ride home. We brought our own blankets from the U-Haul and basically we had to do all of that ourselves. All they do is wrap things in plastic and haphazardly push them into the truck and say "good luck". Disappointed. The deals aren't even that amazing either.

You just got off the phone with your "fill in the blank" relative and now have all sorts of unexpected folk coming for the holidays? While I can't help you with the drama or laundry, I CAN tell you to get in your car - NOW - and drive to Lancaster. Yep.Sally and Zach are going to sell you that additional table and chairs you need at LESS than Walmart is selling folding chairs. No, I'm not kidding. Less than you were going to rent them. And they're going to be beautiful, quality pieces. I know. I was just there yesterday and purchased a solid metal designer coffee table that retailed well over $1200 for . . . wait for it . . . $250. I KNOW, RIGHT? Crazy!!Store is HUGE with a fabulous arrray of items for every room in your home. Yes, there are a lot of dinged up things waiting for your artsy friend to fix up for you to resell on Ebay, but there are also lots of perfect quality items ready to go for people like you and me. (Don't look at me like that as you know perfectly well what I'm talking about. Yes, you do, and we've all agreed you're not allowed to start another project until you finish one of the last seven!)Lots of smaller items to finish off that decorating if you're inclined as well - everything from sheets to Christmas ornaments to baskets and more.Wish I'd had someone to tell me about this place before I spent over $2k on 4 chairs for my kitchen, THOUSANDS on a designer couch, THOUSANDS more on various other furniture needs. But I won't be doing that again and, hopefully, neither will you. You're welcome!

Interesting store. Lots of overstock and returns. Everything from beds and dining tables to kitchenware and office stuff. Good prices. Definitely check items thoroughly since many have some degree of damage or disfunction. You can find some great deals if you are patient. They don't deliver so you have to provide your own truck and labor.

Great selection with significant savings and a wonderful staff. Meghan was a pleasure to work with, as were Jeff and the folks who helped us load our purchases. Will definitely be returning for furniture needs in the future.

Went in on Labor Day. Staff was very nice. Everything I bought was the same price online. Drove 1 hr & 45 mins. Def not worth it for me. Not a big selection either. Maybe they were low on inventory with the holiday.

Where do I start! This place has some amazing finds. I’ve been a fan of their designer furniture, but they have always been so expensive. This outlet has them at up to 70% off. some items are there because they are damaged but not a problem for me, I can just DIY them. I’m gonna be back again and again ?
