I got a screw in my tire driving to work this morning. I was very stressed out about it, then had a very rough day at work. I called the tire center to see how soon they could see me. They said next day but to come over because they may have tires for me in stock. I inflated the tire and drove over. Not only did they have exactly what I needed, they were able to squeeze me in same day and took care of everything. The fine gentlemen at the tire center were kind, compassionate and totally understood what I was going through. They took the utmost care of both me and my vehicle. I couldn't be happier with both the product and the service provided! Thank you so very much for fixing my bad day!

If I could have given them less than 1 star, I would. En route home yesterday, we suffered a blow out on the highway. We contacted the store to see if they had the correct size tire. We explained that Costco's policy is to only replace like tires and it was likely that we would have to change all four. While the situation is not ideal, he confirmed they had the correct tires in stock but we could not purchase them over the phone. After dealing with the spare and another 45 minutes out of our way, when we got there they did not have a full set of any brand that would fit on our car. WHEN it is your policy to replace all four tires, it is probably a good idea to make sure they are in stock before someone drives out of their way to get there, Costco usually is extremely customer service related but this tire shop falls drastically short of the bare minimum.

They are pretty bad actually careless, I had scratchy noise coming from tire and I thought tire rotation will solve it, since I got tire from costco, I drove 40 miles to get it done and also requested technician to have a look why that sound coming from rear wheel, after tire rotation when I asked what’s your finding he said get it checked somewhere else. Next day I got it checked at Mavis and they said brake pad missing from rear tire. Can’t it visible to the Costco technician while tire rotation even requested to check. They don’t care about member safety.

Workers at the tire shop are getting worse and worse. Been going there for 20 years, but 3 years ago they damaged the plastic underbody of my car by running it up onto the cement parking stop. Gave them another chance.Now they keep misplacing my wheel lock, multiple times , even though I told them it's located in my trunk pocket. They never put it back where they get it and was even left on one of their inpact guns the one time. They are now unplugging my dash cam, so you can't see how bad of a job they are doing.

No one has better prices. I have been a member for 27 years. They do it right. It gets crowded but staff move customers quickly through checkout. Gas prices are always the lowest.

Excellent customer service with Val at the front desk and John for tire selection, installation, and rotation. Our vehicles need gas every 1.5 to 2 weeks which we also get at Costco, so we use the self-serve machines to the left of the tire center to check and inflate our tires every time we fill our gas tank. Competitive tire prices for top brands with multiple rebates offered throughout the year. So, wait for the extra savings.When you purchase tires at Costco, it comes with free rotations and free balancing. We felt a shimmy in the front of our vehicle, so we took it into have them check the balance of the front tires. They were off by 1.5 and 0.5 oz, so we had them balanced. Costco has dependable and reliable service.

First experience. Other than it took a little over an hour from our appointment time and we where there 15 minutes early, the rest of the experience was great. Great service, tires and finished product.

If I could give this a zero, I would. Just ordered a part myself, as it's been over three weeks since this service center improperly installed my tire, then blamed the incompetence on me for their tire being improperly seated on the rim. Then told this part would take three weeks to get in, and there was nothing they could do. I just got the part myself for ten dollars from Amazon. I can't get my alignment until the tires and wheels are on the car correctly. Improper alignment on new tires is detrimental to tire longevity. I don't know much but I know that. I also am driving 350+ miles in seven days and would love if my tires were safe and properly aligned. I guess my ordering system is better than a national conglomerate, or I'm just more capable of finding one thing to fix someone else's mistake. Was told the part I needed could be found at any Pep Boys or AutoZone, and after calling more than fifteen separate auto and tire shops in the area, I've come to the conclusion that I was just lied to in an attempt to make me figure it out myself. My suggestion; if you want your tires properly installed, or don't want to be blamed for someone else's mistake, go elsewhere. That's what I'll be telling people.

This is a small dingy poorly stock store. My experience at other Costco stores have been infinitely better. Unfortunately it is almost an hour to the next closest store.

I bought 2 tires at Costco. Within 6 months of purchase, both had to be replaced. Thd Costco in Lancaster, PA was particularly unhelpful. I ordered the tire. Never received a call when it came in. They also were not able to mount the tire and I had to go elsewhere to have it mounted. Total waste of 10 days!
