everyone in this store are friendly and knows their stuffs! I love how they make sure that customers are engaged and accommodated! Love the brands they have and the presentation. I just wish that they will have more make up tools, blush and more perfumes/colognes!

Employees are rude about return policy
We purchased the product and before we left the store, Try to return and exchange with the another product they denied it …
They have NO RETURN POLICY.. but they should help customers if customer didn’t leave store and just want to exchange with other product ..
they didn’t even try to talk to manager to help us out ..
so bad experience….

If you haven't been to this store yet what are you waiting for? I'm currently living on Long Island and the one in my tanger outlet doesn't compare at all. It lacks customer service , cleanliness and character. I travel to tanger outlets in lancaster for the good lords gospel at the theatre and I always make sure to stop in to get the best deals and skin care advice from all the knowledgeable staff. Plus the displays are very nice my daughter always takes pictures since she one day wants to own a store like this. They always greet you with a smile and make you feel apart of their tccs community. My personal favorite is Monroe , she's the best! I suffer from acne and she always guides me in the right direction with which products to use. She'll email me to let me know when products that work best for me have arrived and I absolutely love the special care. Getting it delivered from their store to your home is also very easy. I appreciate how I never feel like I'm just a customer, it feels like we're all sisters helping eachother out to look , smell and feel great right before our date night lol. It's always such a positive and professional atmosphere. What else could you want?
Thank you to all the staff who make this a better experience for all of us. Pennsylvania just does it better.

I visited this store on 12/21/23 unexpectedly and I was very pleased with my experience. The two associates Morgan and Laurie were absolutely phenomenal! They were personable, knowledgeable and just so down to earth. They made my experience a 10/10. Thank you both for letting me share my make confessions with you and for bringing some holiday cheer and light to this mean and cold world we live in.

Every time I visit the store in Lancaster, I am greeted by the best sales associates. Everyone is friendly and ready to help whenever I need some guidance.
The store is always immaculate and fully stocked with tester supplies. It’s easy to browse and load up your bag.
Monroe, in particular, is wonderful. She’s very knowledgeable of the products in store and never steers me in the wrong direction. I always look forward to visiting the store and buying lots of amazing gifts and treats for myself, too.

I had an absolutely incredible customer service experience with Kayla R! Not only did she have great knowledge of the variety of lines and products this location carries, she had wonderful suggestions for my needs. She made sure to point out promotions and deals that I would otherwise have overlooked. She also made great suggestions for gifts to stock up on. The Cosmetics Company Store is very lucky to have someone like Kayla representing them especially in such a high traffic location. I will be returning again to shop with Kayla R!

It's a wonderful experience shopping here. When I entered, I was warmly greeted by all of the associates. Monroe was so professional, kind, and knowledgeable. She was able to help me make the perfect selection for a moisturizer. I will definitely be returning.

Lots of products and very good employees that is very knowledgeable and helpful. My wife absolutely loves this store, She has learned soo much from the staff about the products and how to apply them. AMAZING!! I have to stop here every time i’m in lancaster because the staff has such a great vibe and is super helpful. The sales are immaculate, I never leave empty handed and I will definitely recommend this store to more of my friends!

I have never been in the store prior. I was in desperate need of a new foundation. To my surprise, they seem to have EVERY MAC makeup I have seem. The prices were unreal. I thought they might have robbed a MAC store. (Joke) On top of that, the store staff gave me some free makeup items with my purchase. This place knows how to treat customers.
