I took a watch in to have the band repaired and the friendly staff were able to do it in about a minute and refused payment. I'll definitely be going back for any jewelry needs and telling my friends to go here as well.

We had the best experience picking out rings here. Amanda was friendly, super patient, and extremely knowledgeable. They had a huge selection of pieces and everything was priced fairly. I can’t wait to go back and pick out the wedding band!

My sister and I recently lost our mother who left us with jewelry from her and our grandmother. We kept the items that were sentimental to us, but had quite a bit that neither of us nor my daughters would ever use.
We've never sold jewelry, let alone tried consignment so the difficult part was looking for an establishment that we could trust and the fact that my sister lives out of state. We researched a number of places and made inquiries in both states. I found Classic Estate Jewelry and brought my pieces in for appraisal. My husband and I found them to be genuine, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and fair.
I was still hesitant in letting go so I waited to be with my sister to see what her thoughts were and what was recommended in her area. After some research we felt Classic Estate Jewelry was the right option for us. I returned with her jewelry as well as mine in hand (it was a mix of costume, precious metal, and precious stone pieces). Some items are now on consignment, some we took store credit, and some we received a cash price. I even brought my broken engagement ring to be fixed which is where I will use my store credit.
The team at Classic Estate Jewelry made us feel welcome, and not once did I ever feel we were being taken advantage of. If you want a place that truly knows jewelry, I highly recommend bringing your business here. I look forward to doing business with Classic Estate Jewelry.

May be a good place to buy, but don't try to sell them your vintage/estate jewelry! They offered $3900 for $36000 appraised pieces! I realize appraisals are really inflated, but 10% of that? Insulting. I took it elsewhere and got $9800.

It's okay to purchase estate and pre-owned items. But do not give them any items to be worked on by their jeweler. Years ago I had them work on a watch for me and they actually returned it with the gold plating polished off and did not compensate me for the mistake. I recently gave them a 2nd chance and brought in a pair of white gold earrings to be worked on, again I got my item back with poor workmanship .The rodium coating was removed and not replaced. Some how they think it is okay to do a sloppy job and not compensate the customer.

This sister owned business is so incredible! Amanda assisted me today for my first time here and she was so sweet, patient, and enthusiastic! I just love Classic Estate Jewelry! My husband has gotten my wedding band there, two different classic pairs of earrings and a tennis bracelet. Today, I got an awesome new watch band, for my favorite Gucci watch. They are so helpful. Exceptional customer service! Highly recommend. ??
