Wanted to drop my recent experience with Chicco. I emailed them a few times and have waited 30 days for a response. This is the exact message copied directly from the email. The circumstance was getting sick and needing to remove and wash the fabric.Ok guys. I paid for a premium product. Circumstances lead to me discovering a manufacturer defect that could have SERIOUS CONSEQUENCES in a motor vehicle accident. I had to drop everything I had going on and go purchase a replacement car seat. Yes, a replacement was sent quickly, thank you. Unfortunately I was not prepared to do that and it put me in a very uncomfortable financial situation. At that point I reached out to you guys multiple time and no response.Now, I would hate for anyone to find out about my experience. Would you?

I worked for the Company for about a month recently, and i just wanted to share some of my experience. The management team that i worked with tended to talk poorly about almost every employee while behind closed doors, and would rather replace people without giving them any feedback or notes for the individual to work on or improve. The communication and teamwork they displayed while i was there was quite poor in my opinion, and one of the CEOs or the CEO assistant ( i dont quite remember the exact title the individual held) would come into our work area every day and just sit and chat loudly with one of the managers as well as just play on their phone while also attempting to enforce a slightly strict no phone policy on everyone else which i found extremely hypocritical. All in all it was quite a toxic work enviroment to be in.

The one star describes it all! Chicco didn't stand behind the warranty of the car seat I purchased, along with 2 caddies, 2 bases, and a stroller. I expect quality products along with quality customer service and support. Definitely didn't get it with Chicco...

I will start by saying I love the Keyfit 30 infant car seat. That's where the love for Chicco ends. Please save yourself some time and money and order elsewhere if needing additional or replacement gear for your Chicco products. While I'll admit I should have read the fine print, no consumer willingly pays an additional $19.00 for 2-day express shipping (for a $15.00 product) if they don't expect to get the product in two days. I was informed it takes 2-3 business days for warehouse processing and then UPS two days to ship when I contacted customer service about my concern. Makes you wonder what in the world the $19.00 is for? Bad business practices and poor customer service.
