Cannot believe that some products are so poorly designed. For the baby bath, the click system are questionable, it is stuck most of the time and you have to use alot of force to move it up or down. Also the pin that goes in and out, if you use a tool like a pen to click it inside, it will be stuck inside the tube… Also who the hell designed the wheels, nobody wants to lift the bath to move it, so why did you even decide to put 2 wheels instead of 4. And worst of all, did you even try to move the bath? Most bathroom doors are in a hallway, so you need to make a 90 degree turn with the bath. Why did you decide to fix the wheels and not make it rotate 360 degrees… besides that, the click system on the upper part is just off, its impossible to easily click it, since the rubber thing is not flexable enough. You have to use force to make it click, and unclicking is also difficult. The material where the baby changer is made of change in color pretty quickly. The white color will become yellow and it is ugly, looks dirty and is not how it should be. But worst of all, who the heck designed the water tube system, it takes ages to empty the bath!!! Nobody has time for that. The sink is too small and the tube as well! You should reevaluate your design team. Just the basics functionalities are designed wrong.

Wanted to drop my recent experience with Chicco. I emailed them a few times and have waited 30 days for a response. This is the exact message copied directly from the email. The circumstance was getting sick and needing to remove and wash the fabric.Ok guys. I paid for a premium product. Circumstances lead to me discovering a manufacturer defect that could have SERIOUS CONSEQUENCES in a motor vehicle accident. I had to drop everything I had going on and go purchase a replacement car seat. Yes, a replacement was sent quickly, thank you. Unfortunately I was not prepared to do that and it put me in a very uncomfortable financial situation. At that point I reached out to you guys multiple time and no response.Now, I would hate for anyone to find out about my experience. Would you?

I worked for the Company for about a month recently, and i just wanted to share some of my experience. The management team that i worked with tended to talk poorly about almost every employee while behind closed doors, and would rather replace people without giving them any feedback or notes for the individual to work on or improve. The communication and teamwork they displayed while i was there was quite poor in my opinion, and one of the CEOs or the CEO assistant ( i dont quite remember the exact title the individual held) would come into our work area every day and just sit and chat loudly with one of the managers as well as just play on their phone while also attempting to enforce a slightly strict no phone policy on everyone else which i found extremely hypocritical. All in all it was quite a toxic work enviroment to be in.

The one star describes it all! Chicco didn't stand behind the warranty of the car seat I purchased, along with 2 caddies, 2 bases, and a stroller. I expect quality products along with quality customer service and support. Definitely didn't get it with Chicco...
