If you value your vehicle at all, you will not patron this business. I’d prefer to give No stars. A simpler caliper paint job has turned into a nightmare. When I took my concerns to the manager Gia, she quickly put the responsibility on another employee although she told me over and over she was personally doing the work. No integrity at all.

Took my first car there and they did great job with tinting front windows rook second car back to have them do all the windows and once again did a great job. Would recommend them to anybody.

Great experience with Gia and the CP crew! Sent messages out to multiple companies, and they were the first ones to get back to me, some even not at all. In times like this, it shows what companies care to me. I had caliper painting and ceramic coating of the wheels performed. Very satisfied with the outcome of the services performed. Hello , I had the privilege to deal with every employee that works there.The Manager Gia was extremely knowledgeable and allowed me to ask questions and see the shop.. She introduced to the shop assistant. I honestly just felt schooled by an amazing woman and her team. The communication they all have with one another is incredible. Not to mention the work ethic. They are very professional and diligent with their work. I had a car wash and my car never looked more clean. Manager walked me out to look and inspect it. The ceramic coating was phenomenal, the water just falls right off the car . I love it!!!!! Highly recommend getting your car done here . Thanks guys!!

Ceramic Pro Auto Spa is a professional place of business that gives you first class service. The staff is friendly and kind and willing to accommodate all of the needs for your vehicle. The manager Gia is outstanding and getting the job done and keeping the communication flows open so that you know how the install is going from beginning to end. Got my car(s) tinted here previously. Employee messed up my tint and covered the inspection stickers and I had to get my tint ruined to get my inspection stickers applied & they won’t honor the warranty & are making me pay for new tint with no resolution other than spending more of my money when it wasn’t even my fault.Bad business practices and I won’t be back.Service: Window tinting

I have used these guys in the past and that is why I came back when I bough my new car. Literally drove the car from the dealer to Ceramic Pro and had them apply full car lifetime protection and tint the windows. The car looked amazing going in and looked even better coming out! They were courteous, friendly and took the time to explain the "do's and don'ts" for the next two weeks while everything cured. I highly recommend them and will be back as soon as my two week curing process is over to let them wash it. Had a very good experience with them.Services: Paint protection

My experience with Ceramic Pro Auto Spa exceeded all expectations. I had my car detailed by someone else, and they damaged the finish. I brought the car to Ceramic Pro, and they were able to take the car immediately (the manager did the work herself in order to get it on the schedule). They not only corrected the damage done by the other person, they restored the finish to near-new condition (2009 Volvo S40). I was so impressed with the quality of the work and the outstanding customer service I have brought 2 other cars there for treatment. Gia is a great manager, she goes above and beyond to satisfy customers, and is extremely knowledgeable about auto detailing. I highly recommend Ceramic Pro Auto Spa.
