Was charged sales tax on a clothing piece in Pennsylvania? Made a complaint, and after much red tape, never received the refund. I am a senoir on a fixed income, and every dollar counts! I will never return!!

Very frustrating...checked the website before going to the store. Hours stated open til 8:00pm, nothing different due to covid. Arrived at the store to find it closed at 5:30pm. Why arent the hours changed on the website ?
