I've always enjoyed American shaman, it's the only shop I visit time and time again. Unfortunately the last 3 times I have tried to visit there is signs on the door saying that someone will be back in 20-30 minutes. I have a busy work schedule, so I usually don't have time to wait. Today I arrived around 12:45 and saw the sign said be back at 1:15, I had a spare hour so I decided to wait. I've watched probably 8 to a dozen people approach debate, and walk away but me and a few stuck around to wait. Around 1:20 one individual apologized and left, around 1:30 another left. 1:35 I wasn't able to wait anymore and left with the last individual. I now feel I wasted my time before my shift and once again wasn't able to shop at American shaman. I don't have a car and live a 30 minute walk away, and I'm afraid I just can't keep trying to find the time to visit anymore. I always had a great experience in the shop, but it's just no longer reliable. I hope all the staff are doing well, but I can't afford to lose the time. Sorry guys.

The lavender lotion. So moisturizing! I'm definitely coming back for the full size. The young man working was so helpful. So knowledgeable. Answered all my questions.

Couple that with the unmatched product selection and quality, and you have quite a gem in the rough.Thanks CBD Shaman! Glad your store is in good hands once againOriginal:Great product selection, but they recently implemented an ID at the door to enter policy, and only 1 customer at a time. I understand why, but when that means standing outside for 15 plus minutes with only 1 other customer in the shop something needs to change. As much as I want to support this shop, I value my time, and as such will be buying the same products online as much as possible (cheaper as well). This poor customer service lost you a loyal customer.

Great vibes, great products and great staff. I worked with Ben who's informational bank blew my socks off. He was so kind and extremely knowledgeable. Truly an awesome experience. My mind was blown! My girlfriend and I come to Lancaster every now and again and were intrigued by the signs for this dispensary. Turns out there are offshoots of THC that are legal and that provide similar effects to drug cannabis. I purchased an 8th of HHC Zen Master Jack Herer and a packet of Happy Fruit Rosin watermelon gummies. The flower is pretty good. It sort of had a herbal taste that I wasn’t especially fond of but it’s effects are very relaxing! The edibles however rocked our brains and were super effective. Would highly recommended these products. The clerk was very well informed and provided us with info about what we were buying. It’s great to go to a store!

Best place to get your CBD dog treats. I have an elderly dog that freaks out whenever there is a storm and their CBD doggy chews calm her down significantly. I have tried everything: music, that weird vest that’s magnetized, and of course holding her and petting her for as long as is necessary. These chews are marvelous and do the job! Ben was very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely worth your time and money.

Thank you KyleThis young man helped me out so much he's very knowledgeable about your products. I have been using another brand of CBD for years.I stumbled across this place when my husband and I went to Lancaster for a 40th anniversary and I figured I'd pop in and check it outKyle is not only a very sweet young man but he's very knowledgeable as I said before and he took the time to explain everything to me about your products and he helped me figure out what would work best for me he is definitely a keeper.Because of him I tried your products and now I will be switching from the CBD have been using for years to you guys.I also like the idea that some of the stuff comes right from Pennsylvania and my favorite thing about it is that it absorbs so quickly and is water soluble. I can no longer take the oils capsule or tincture because of ulcers but this stuff does not bother my ulcers at all I believe they're actually helping .I will recommend you too all my friends and family that also use CBD.Thank you again Kyle and God bless
