I asked for a lighting quote a week and a half ago. I never heard anything back from the salesman. Upon reaching back out to the salesman, he had totally forgot/lost what I was looking for. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and asked him to research this again for me. Again, I had to follow up with him as I didn’t hear anything back. Then, I asked to speak with the manager named Dave. The man was downright rude and not customer friendly. Truly shocked as to how I was treated this whole process. I was looking to create a good relationship with capital and have purchased a large amount of items in a short period of time from them. Never again will I be dealing with them again especially the Lancaster branch!!
