I recently purchased a used 2020 Jetta from Cam Automotive. Adam and Jon were very helpful and made the process smooth. They are trustworthy, honest, and genuinely value their customers. Cam Automotive offers a good inventory and much better prices than some of the larger dealerships. I brought a few minor issues with the Jetta to their attention, and Adam is taking care of getting them fixed. As I mentioned, they truly value their customers. If you’re looking to purchase a used car, I highly recommend checking out Cam Automotive.

There is definitely a great selection here, but the customer service was kind of lacking. I was checking out the cars on my list and noticed the Honda Civic was in the bay. I politely asked the gentleman if the car was sold, and he said no, he was detailing the car. I began to ask him another question, and he pointed to the office
and said to ask them. I had been on the lot for about 10 mins and had not been greeted. I opened the door to the office and noticed a young man on the phone. He saw me put the phone to his chest and asked if he could help me. I asked him where the Toyota Camery was, and he said his boss drove it to pick up a part. He seemed in a rush to get back to his phone call and continued his conversation on the phone. That did it for me, and I left. For me, great customer service matters and I didn't feel like he cared.

DONT BUY A CAR HERE ,
They literally sell you a car that after less then 24hours has problem and then they tell you to go back into their shop to fix it and it just comes back with even more problems. They advertised as newly inspected and turns out they never actually inspected the car to see if it was actually street safe. RUN DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SHADY BUSINESS. They are liars!

Jon and Adam have excellent customer service and very personable. Took time to go over everything to ensure that my vehicle purchase was smooth and valuable, and also provide warranty as well. Have to give these guys credit. I bought a vehicle from them that was still in need of PA inspection and emissions. I was able to take it to the garage of my choice for that, and they paid the bill in full. Adam and Jon are great to work with. It was all an easy transaction. Kudos!

If you are thinking about buying a car from this place make sure you read through the paperwork. They raised the price of the vehicle by $500 so they wouldn't have to give me the full $2000 for my trade in that they said they would. Make sure you check out the entire vehicle. The car was advertised as having a new inspection but there were no stickers on the car when I drove it home. I took the vehicle to a shop to have the inspection done and these people went to the shop and took the car back to Lancaster without even telling me. Overall experience was not good and I've learned my lesson about reading through everything. They took advantage of my situation and raised the price by $500 and didn't tell me they were doing so. With the issues the vehicle had/has money should have been taken off the purchase price, not added. This is a shady place, so just be sure you're looking at and reading EVERYTHING.UPDATE: I originally gave them 1 star, but after contacting them and asking for the $500 back they made it right & sent me a check. Raised it to 3 stars.
