I’ve been with boost for a couple years since I was 14 and now I am 20 years old. I’ve always seen Ro and she has always gave me the best customer service ever and is always helpful ! I met Jessica this year and she has been very helpful this year . Really such an amazing team with very good customer service and I will continue to be with boost ?? These 2 are really amazing at what they do !

Stopped by to get a new tablet for the kids on a whim. My mom and I were both treated kindly while we asked so many questions about their services and offers. We ended up going with the two tablets for now- I have another cell provider for service but after working with the two ladies the other night, I plan on switching my older kids over to boost. The coverage is good for what they need, the pricing is way better- theyre local and it's nice to have worked with someone who was so thorough and just a walk away. The girls here even made my toddler smile while we waited! Definitely check them out!

Over charge you phone supposed to be free only supposed to pay plan and act fee . For free androids price is $92 don’t let them fool you

I was quoted a price, then they ported my phone number over to their network, then I was told a price almost three times the monthly price quoted several moments earlier. When I stated that I did not want to go through with the purchase they explained that since my number was already ported over I would lose my number if I did not complete the purchase. So I completed the purchase and then ported the number back to my original phone (different network) then tried to return their phone (30 minutes later) and was told NO Refunds. Store on Columbia Ave in Lancaster PA; Manager Brett Products used: I was forced to buy a non refundable Iphone SE in order to "not lose" my phone number (that I have had for over ten years Service

Absolutely horrible the woman were so rude to me and lied straight to my face. The manager came out and was a sweetheart and let me know that the employees come and go and aren't that friendly. If you go here TALK to him bc the woman especially the one who tells u to go to kings highway is a liar. God bless anyone who has to come here

It's 8/11/2020 the store on king st is the worst store ever the people who work there are rude and disrespectful and don't know anything about phones or what to do. They must lie to get the job so they can set around doing nothinganf get paid. The one who is working on 8/11/2020 was nasty and say the f word at me and I didn't appreciate it. So the own showed do something about it. I've been a customer for years with boost mobile and never had this problem there until now. People like him should not be working there.
