My family and I have shopped at Bob’s many times and I recently went to them for a desk. The item was in stock when I ordered for store pick up. I kept waiting and checking my order details for when I could pick up. I checked again today (2 weeks have gone by) and where it used to say no later than Nov 4 it says Dec 3. So I called and asked why the change and the guy starts looking into it…turns out it’s back ordered and the website wasn’t updated until today. After almost an hour on the phone he told me I could either get a refund or I could pay $40 and have a different color of desk shipped directly to me or I could wait until December now. I said I was fine with the different color but I felt like they should waive the $40 shipping since I’ve already waited and paid and now have to deal with this issue. The man got EXTREMELY rude, I’ve honestly never experienced anything like it. Telling me I’m being negative, difficult to work with and unprofessional. I told him I haven’t raised me voice, I haven’t directed any of my frustration at him but at the situation etc. He was huffing and saying wowwww when I asked to speak to someone else. He said he’s trying to help me out and he wasn’t passing me to a manager. He said “we can sit here all day.” I was so appalled by him, frustrated with the situation and out $400 with no desk I should’ve had by now. I’m NEVER ordering from Bob’s again!

If you’re going to buy furniture from this “discount” store do NOT purchase their goof proof warranty they offer for $400. I’ve submitted multiple claims within the first 18 months of buying a section from them and every single one was denied. Their warranty is a SCAM! Biggest waste of $400.

Wow, such an amazing and attentive spot. The staff was SO friendly, helpful and answered all my questions. Louis, Colvin and Denise are phenomenal employees and provided such a 10000/10 service! The furniture and mattresses are all beautiful and of great quality. I definitely recommend going to this location!!! I bought my bed set from here and will be coming back!
