The staff at Benjamin-Roberts did an excellent job of helping me shop for furniture. They were very patient and allowed me to try several different office chairs at home for a week at a time. They really wanted me to be sure that it was a good fit before purchasing. Merv was helpful and communicative. He was able to get me one item for less than it was listed for online. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Entering into talks with Benjamin Roberts their salesman will talk you into everything. They will tell you features which they don't deliver on. Not only did they not complete my office on time, some of the furniture was damaged for which we have wait on replacement, the wrong glass dividers were ordered and installed by them. Lastly and my favorite part is the supervisor desks were installed with lovely lighting and no electrical outlets. I am sad to say I believe if ever I am in a position to do business with them again I would not.

I had the BEST customer service experience here. Merv Zeager (in Sales) went above and beyond to help me. Benjamin Roberts is the only company I found locally that carries the Humanscale ergonomic office chair that I wanted. Although they didn't have the chair I wanted in their showroom or in stock, they ordered one with the fabric and features I wanted so that I could try it--with no commitment from me to actually buy it! Had Jim Brown to assist me in getting a new office chair. Was told by colleagues it would take 6 months. Not with Jim Brown. I had the right chair, in the right color, for the right price is 30 days. All good. Thanks for your help Jim!
