    They never answer their phone they take forever and they are extremely rude.

    Horrible customer service experience. Very rude when asked to do a simple small change order.

    Wouldn’t do a small change order for my place business because I didn’t have an account with them at the moment. I had been considering opening an account but that honestly is not a good way to conduct business. Bad look on this particular bank’s part.
