“Recently I helped my Mother In Law with an issue she was having with the Bank she had been doing business with for a long time. They had been bought out by this now large Bank that made her feel like she is just a # to them. So I called my contact at Traditions on Oregon Pike Lancaster to discussed how they would handle this situation. We ended up moving her to Traditions Bank as everyone there was warm and welcoming. Great Business is about relationships.Well Done !”
“I wanted to set up an account with BB&T, and I called about 25 minutes before they closed (on the weekend), asking if I can come in and do that yet. They said I could possibly. So I got there about 10 minutes before closing. They kindly helped me set up another account. It even went a later than what they were opened for. Their customer service went above and beyond to meet my need! Thanks for the the good service and for being willing to meet that need.”

“I’m not sure why the reviews are so poor, I read them, and I was hesitant to go here. However, I needed to go to the bank and this was the closest one, I had no issues what so ever. I tried to get a cashiers check through the drive-thru, they kindly let me know I needed to come in. Walked in and they had already started working on my request. They made the process very smooth for me, and double and triple checked the check was made out to the right person. I had a good experience!”

“we are members of Sun Federal Credit Union and have recently relocated to Lebanon area. As Lanco FCU participates as co-op shared network we were very happy to find this place. Not only for account access but surprisingly they have one of the rare coin counters that does not charge a fee for member useage. I will use wrappers before I will pay a fee in using a coin counting machine. Thank you Lanco Federal Credit Union.”
“12/22/23 Update…Customer service was able to help me in navigating what was originally a difficult hurdle in setting up a loan which I improved my review from this.As a side note, additional processing following approval of loan is taking much longer than I anticipated. For me, this involved connecting my external bank account from another financial institution electronically to my Belco account using the app, then transferring the desired amount to my bank account. I don’t want to commit to a time this is taking me because of multiple factors. First, I never yet received the transfer and I’m also in doing this right before the holidays. Additionally, processing times may vary depending on whichever “other”financial institution you may be working with. Bottom line, don’t expect to be able to utilize the funds immediately following loan approval.”
“This place has really stepped it up in recent years. The desk staff is always super nice and helpful, and they even remember my name which I always appreciate. The agents and exec staff are also very kind and helpful.It’s unfortunate that all the old reviews are stuck on here, because they have really improved in the last couple years (especially after the transition from BBT to Truist). “Great people, but their online banking service isn’t the best. It seems like its constantly down for updates and the content on the app doesn’t always refresh in a timely manner. I wish the online banking was more reliable, and I wish that the ATM were updated to deposit checks like some of the other local FCU’s (without use of envelopes). Like I said overall, good people but their online serves aren’t the best.”
