It was a no frills hotel. Rooms were small but clean and nice. Breakfast was better than most. Staff was attentive.Rooms: Small and dorm like but clean and very usable. Nice bathroom and shower.

I have stayed here a few times for dance competitions and it is a great hotel!The staff is friendly and the hotel is super clean!It is also in a great location for all the fun things to do in Lancaster!

The hotel is located near Sight and Sound theater and was a great experience all around. The king-sized room was nice and cozy; not to mention very clean. Breakfast was included, and it was good. Fresh ground coffee, Wow! The staff were all so kind and professional. They also seem to do whatever it takes to make your stay comfortable. We loved it!

This place was excellent. From the front desk to housekeeping, staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast had a variety of options. Lobby had a few areas for reading or just hang out. Location is great. If we are in the are will definitely stay again.

Location is great, and also convenient.Maybe I wasn’t lucky enough. They gave us one of the 1st floor bedrooms, we couldn’t sleep because of the dryers sound and I believe they were under construction, however the reason is, the bedroom we’ve got, was too small for a family of 4. I will try it later again and see the high floor bedrooms.

This hotel looks nice and fully renovated. Some rooms smelled like plastic, and it was hard to breathe. Rooms are smaller than the other hotels I visited in the same area and have very little storage. TV is huge and has smart cast capability together with some hotel services. Breakfast is fine, and there are fresh choices of yogurt, muffins, cookies, cerial, bagels, toast, egg sandwiches, tea, coffee, and some juices. The swimming pool is fine, too, with salty heated water. Cleaning services are really bad, sheets were not changed, under blanket cover was never replaced, floor poorly cleaned as well as furniture.

The hotel appears to be brand new. They were still doing construction on one side. It sounded as if they were putting down flooring up above us. The hammering lasted until close to midnight. The rooms were clean, but very small. We had a great view of the farmland. The bathroom was a nice size, but the shower leaked all over the floor. Breakfast was frozen Jimmy Dean sandwiches, muffins, yogurt, and cereal. I'm not a coffee drinker, but others in our group raved about the coffee and the coffee machine.
