“M & R saved me! I'm from out of town and the weird 5 point intersection in front of the shop was overgrown with weeds. In the middle of a turn, another car was flying down one of the other points and looked like they weren't going to stop. I braked, lost sight of the end of the curb, and slammed the edge hard enough to rip open one tire and damage another.
Luckily, M&R was literally right there. I walked over, saw Meredith, and explained the situation. She looked at my wheels immediately and took me back to the service center. They texted me a quote within 10 minutes, and were kind, courteous and honest, and had new tires on within a few hours. If it had to happen, I'm so glad it happened right in front of M & R!”
“Alex is awesome! He turned a scrap head into a completely usable head after he rebuilt it for my mazdaspeed 6. Highly highly recommend! Extremely knowledgeable with factory AND aftermarket stuff. Answered all my questions and explained things that I didn't even know in a easy, simple way. Turnaround time was very convenient even with ordering parts for my head. Communication was primarily through email and was very fast to respond. Prices are also very fair.”
“The customer service at Froys is truly top notch. I work in the area, and I had a flat tire when I got into work. Froy himself came to the parking lot, put air in my tire, and took my car to the shop himself. They replaced the tire and then returned the car to my work parking lot after they were done. They really do go the extra mile for the customer, and it made the process easy and stress free for me. I’d recommend anyone in the area to go to Froys!”
“I had an excellent experience with horsepower. I am out of state and John agreed to go to the Mecum auction and look over 3 or 4 cars that I was interested in. After his onsite inspection we bid on two and bought one. The car was in great shape but we first took it to horsepower for a drive and closer inspection. John and the team identified 8 or 10 small items and were able to fit in the shop time to address it and in a couple of weeks the car was out the door and headed to me. Just great service and communication all around. The best buying experience I have had. I look forward to the auction next year.”
“Just had the smoothest, friendliest, efficient transaction for our 2025 Subaru Outback. I had zero idea if I could even afford a loan AND had two cars to trade in. I was quickly set up with an appointment with Ian P. on Friday to talk about the Crosstrek and realized that I needed a bigger car. I came back Monday to look at the Outback and even though Ian wasn't in, another very kind knowledgeable salesman, Matt (?), showed us a detailed view of the Outback. He didn't even need to do that, but did it anyway! Worked out numbers Tuesday by phone and drove away Wednesday morning with the very same Outback. We worked with Mike in Finance and he was very respectful and patient with my vision-impaired husband to sign paperwork. Subaru truly is like walking into the family you didn't know you needed. I now know why two of my best friends have owned several Subaru cars over the years. I can't say enough about Ian P. and his rapore and professional attitude with myself and my husband. He's professional but makes you feel right at home in the 'family'. Cheers to LCM Subaru!

“Moved back to PA from a ten year stay down in Florida with no state inspections necessary so with everything needed after moving to another state, it was time to get our vehicles inspected again. Since we moved to a different area then we lived before, we had no connection to a reputable mechanic so went with the neighborhood recommendations and chose Hallman’s since they were the closest. We held our breaths once we dropped the cars off and to our surprise, both vehicles passed with only one note about brakes needed in six months. When I called to schedule they couldn’t be nicer and had both cars scheduled within a week. Will be going back for our needed brakes and inspection next year, we found our local mechanic, thank you.”

“Traveling from out of state and broke down on the turn pike. Google Gilbert's and called them, spoke to Tim, and explained the problem. He said they had time to fix it the following day. Had it towed to the shop after hours and left the keys in the dropbox. Tim called the next day and told me the problem and a rough price. The price was reasonable (alternator, battery, and labor) but a little more than I wanted to pay. Being out of state and broken down, not many options. Tim was very polite and explained the issues. He also asked if I wanted my oil changed while I was there. I would recommend to someone local or if you are in a situation where you need a mechanic. It was easy to get to, large parking lot to drop off a vehicle.”
“Harrison is one of the best and most honest mechanics I’ve ever taken our vehicles to. His prices are very reasonable and he does great work. Been taking our cars to him for 5 years since we moved to Lancaster and have never had a problem. I know he’s been in business here for multiple decades but still seems like a hidden gem.
Pro tip: There are multiple auto repair places in the same building. Harrison’s shop is through either of the two garage doors in the middle. I believe one is white and one is red.”

“This place is great. Been here a couple of times. Everyone is super nice and helpful. Came in for our 2 year old vehicle for the radio to have it updated. Then the GPS still gave us problems so we brought it back in to have the radio replaced they took their time and put new one in and it doesn't even look like they touched it. No marks or anything. They keep in touch with you to let you know you can pick up your vehicle without having to call them.”
